Normally Popeyes always surpasses my expectations and I get exactly what I ordered which is a great filling meal, however this time that didn't happen. I ordered a chicken tender meal and a chicken sandwich meal, the chicken tender coating was extremely hard to bite into and the chicken itself was tough and dry, so it was sitting for a long time. The chicken sandwich was also not up to par either with similar issues being dry and tough chicken, don't know where they got this bird from but it must have been working out something fierce to be that tough, even the soda machine was broken and had no diet options for diabetic customers. Please do better next time.

I like their fried chicken, smashed potatoes and lemonade. This combination is great.

The food was very fresh and delicious the cashiers were nice but I witnessed the manager being very rude and having a very nasty attitude towards other customers

The staff especially the Chinese male cashier work like he doesn’t want to be there. I ordered 5 PCs with 2sides and 2 biscuit. I told him spicy and when I reach home I realize it’s mild. Then I ask him for ketchup. He gave me 2 little packets. I asked can I have more he gave me two more. I have 5 pieces and fries . So 4 little packets supposed to be enough for all? Then I asked for the other side to be coleslaw and they say no more coleslaw. Only mashed potatoes and fries. Who would want both sides to be potatoes? Very disappointing experience. From the interaction with the cashier to the cleanliness of the restaurant. I guess I won’t be going back anytime soon.

Too many beggars in the store. There are like 3 inside asking for money from everyone. Sometime, there is one guy holding the front door and he greets you going in and coming out, asking for money, and that guy gets up really close to you. There is yet another beggar who camps right outside the front door! The store manger doesn't do anything! The chickens are good but are like 5 hobos at this location!

Asked for the 11 pcs meal, all wings. All wings was said twice. The cashier didn't give me a receipt and I thought it's ok. When I arrived home I found 3 wings, 3 legs, and 5 backs.

This Popeyes Chicken is always fresh and hot. There is an awesome deal right now $5 for 4 pieces of mixed chicken. Love the free soda refill machine!!! Service is fast. Right in the heart of downtown Flushing.

Food - 4 stars Service - 2 stars Cleanliness - 1 The chicken at this store seems different and better - slightly more chicken taste and not so oily. However, they do have mountains of chicken in the warmer so I wonder how long it’s been there. Service was pretty slow and not great. The store was very dirty. No clean tables to sit at.

Quick, fresh food. Pretty clean, lots of tables though can get crowded fast. It was busy when I was there at 1:45 pm.
