This center's got a few BofA ATMs nearby (indoor and you have to swipe to get in) on Roosevelt. Be aware that there's always at least one shady mfker waiting inside, pestering people for cash. If you're desperate enough to do anything there, always make sure you've fully completed your transaction before you leave, because they WILL mess with the machines the moment your back is turned. But there's never a line to wait in, so I guess that's something? This financial center is literally right around the corner. I don't understand why they can't post a security guard.

They have at least 25 customers waiting in line to have counter services, but they only open ONE or TWO counter windows. While they have about seven or eight bankers standing or sitting there just have nothing to do…ridiculous management and awful service. Re: 10/26/2021 The response from owner on 10/26/2021 is nonsense. Firstly, there must be a reason for people to wait in line to meet teller alright? People don't know ATM can save time? Obviously it's because ATM cannot provide the service people are seeking for... Secondly, it's not customers' problem not knowing how to "save time" at your branch, it's branch's responsibility to manage your staff to meet the customer's need.

If i could give this place a zero i would. HOW IS IT POSSIBLE FOR A BANK TO BE INCOMPETENT? First of all- it takes me literally 5 minutes tops to go to the tellers and deposit checks, how is it possible to have a line out the door? It makes 0 sense. Like seriously I need to understand how on a Tuesday at 10:30 there is a line? Second of all- perhaps if you removed the “bouncer” at the front and put her behind a window to work on the ppl in line, instead of letting her sit there with her Ipad unable to do anything and preventing people who can quickly join the line from doing so. There needs to be a separation and a better system. It should not be this bad- especially IN THE MIDDLE OF A PANDEMIC- good idea making it where people sit like cattle in the lobby.

Absolutely incompetent, rude, and sluggish in service speed as far as the door security goes. At least the actual tellers are decent (but horribly understaffed). Tells you to wait in front of the door, then say go to back of the line and your waiting period resets. Would not have went here if it wasn't for the fact the other two BofAs nearby were closed.

This is the worst and most inefficient Bank of America branch I ever have to deal with. For such a high traffic location you would assume that a mega bank such as BoA would hire a competent branch manager that would initiate efficiency as a basic priority. On top of the lack of staff which is apparent, bank tellers in this branch lack professionalism, courtesy and of course efficiency.

This bank sucks... long line to pay my credit cards... as 45 minutes waiting!! This bank need to change it's service or hire more people to work here.

Please bank of america people assign more tellers at this location. I spent more than 30 minutes in line. There were only two tellers and the manager said they don't had any others available. This is a.very busy location and accordingly there supposed to be more personel.

This location is wildly understaffed given the volume of on-foot patronage. I just added a second star _because_ of the skillfulness of their line supervisor and personnel, who have rapidly learned my pattern of particular needs and how best to efficiently accommodate them whilst keeping things moving. They're doing the best they can, especially if we're talking about the morning crew on Wednesdays. However efficiently used, a pair of tellers are still not enough. Don't blame local management; I assume that labor budgets are set from HQ in North Carolina, and they're laying workers off in order to put more of your money into the pockets of billionaire parasites. In this geography, this is the Bank of Welcome-to-America-Now-Do-Your-Banking-Electronically, a subtle press towards assimilation away from Old Worlds where consumers don't line up like cattle for slaughter.

The person in charge of this place needs to take action as soon as possible organizing the People, since is a very very busy neighborhood definitely this location needs to hire more tellers. By the way the tellers is this location deserves 5 stars they provide good customer service.

The tellers are nice , but I think whoever in charge of this place should organize this place well and efficient since this is a super crowded neighborhood . People here just dont understand the rule that the business account can cut the line, so i think it should be the bank to clarify to people, make them acknowledged. And yes, like all the other comments, they are really slow, and lack of tellers.
