The person in charge of this place needs to take action as soon as possible organizing the People, since is a very very busy neighborhood definitely this location needs to hire more tellers. By the way the tellers is this location deserves 5 stars they provide good customer service. ~Campos

Is trouble bank, they send me invalid debit card is not connecting with my checking account, than the bank charge $10/m fee for un-used. How can I use invalid card , the branch officer they can not find out why the card is invalid, they Not try to fixed the problem. They charge me three months fee . ~coco

The bank is fine, but the banker Michael, he’s unreliable. Nothing can be trusted from his mouth. And his knowledge is zero. He know nothing about banking. Even common sense that I know. ~Jockeys

Poor customer service . Only 1 teller at a time . And they will put your transaction on hold " for a a minute" just because brinks is delivering coins . They have to attend to their customer first before entertaining brinks with coins . ~Pauline

The bank teller Magaly was extremely rude. I came in with my mother who is in a wheelchair and my mothers aide. We came in the bank, and one of the bankers very politely asked us to sit and wait for the next available banker. A few moments later a gentleman walked into the bank and Magaly asked him if he needed help. He said he needed to speak to Joe I believe and Magaly told him to walk right to his office. We were still sitting there, and I guess this is when Magaly realized and asked what we needed help with. My mother’s aide asked her if it was possible to get a letter notorized and she asked her if she spoke English because the notary public only spoke English. My moms aide confirmed in English, that she did speak English, yet Magaly asked her twice more if she was sure she spoke English. I don’t understand why she had to ask her three times if she spoke English. I know we are in a primary Spanish speaking neighborhood but there is no need to ask three times making her feel uncomfortable when she speaks English! It doesn’t end here. Magaly gets up and asks Joe if he was available to notarized a letter. She comes back and says sorry he’s busy right now you’re going to have to come back. This is when I intervened and explained to her that my mother who is in a wheelchair also needed a couple of letters notarized, so I couldn’t come back later, but we didn’t mind waiting. Magaly, very rudely said, well your going to have to just sit here and wait then, turns her back and walks back to her spot behind the glass. Never in my life have I experienced such rudeness, and felt so discriminated against, especially towards my mother who is disabled. Everyone else in the bank was super nice I don’t know if they realized what happened or not but we got helped right away after this happened. Literally every other worker was amazing like they always are. Every time I come here I get treated so nicely and politely and everyone is extremely helpful. This is why I am so shocked and disturbed at how this lady treated us. Very disappointed. ~Tiffany

Today(08/30/2022) from this location someone tried to take money from my bank of America debit card( cloned card/fake card). 2 times tried to take in the amount of $124 . 1 declined, 2-d was successfully. I called to BoA and closed my card. BoA opened claim. Question is how Popular bank can let it? were is the security? Why scammer didn't use BoA ATM? They know which bank security is week. ~Altay

After capital one closed all the branches that people in College Point have access to, this elderly person hiked to this out of the way branch only to find it inaccessible. I am removing my accounts from c one once and for all, as they obviously don’t have customers’ in mind when they close branches. They could have at least put a branch atm on College Pt Blvd for the locals! ~Rosanne

Horrible experience from staff to manager. They were very unprofessional, could not even write two lines in a letter. ~Lynda
