Today(08/30/2022) from this location someone tried to take money from my bank of America debit card( cloned card/fake card). 2 times tried to take in the amount of $124 . 1 declined, 2-d was successfully. I called to BoA and closed my card. BoA opened claim. Question is how Popular bank can let it? were is the security? Why scammer didn't use BoA ATM? They know which bank security is week. ~Altay

Had an appointment for 11:30am today. Staff said because a large amount of walk-ins, I would have to wait atleast 1 hour to be served. What's the point of having an appointment? Staff was also really rude when asked for the manager saying "The manager is just going to tell you the same thing." It's ridiculous that their motto is "America's most convenience bank". It's actually quite the opposite. ~Han
