Had an appointment for 11:30am today. Staff said because a large amount of walk-ins, I would have to wait atleast 1 hour to be served. What's the point of having an appointment? Staff was also really rude when asked for the manager saying "The manager is just going to tell you the same thing." It's ridiculous that their motto is "America's most convenience bank". It's actually quite the opposite.

Their moto is most convenient bank. They might as well add most in-convenient on the moto. Date - Aug 29th Time - 4.40-5pm. We all know they close at 5pm. 2 people on line. Alex counting money. 2 idiots on the picture talking about a girl they had a something to do with. I saw Alex looking at them like, are you going to help anyone. Of course not. Finally she stopped what she was doing and took the customers. 2 idiots didn't even blink. I am in the hospitality business. I take customer service very seriously. If your counter is closed, there should be a sign. Otherwise, you have to make eye contact and tell the customer I will be with you in few minutes. I felt like the guy in the white shirt was interrupting whatever other guy was doing. But one is not better than the other. I always blame the management for hiring people like this and not training them properly. My business partner has an account here and I come here to deposit checks and cash sometimes. I do not bank with TD. I am glad I am not. I am sure other branches are better.

Really excellent staff! My father had an odd problem with his account and the staff worked tirelessly to get it resolved.

So I went here with the simple request to change 4 100 dollar bills to lower bills. This is one of the most basic things a bank should be able to do. The told me they couldn't because I'm not a member. They took what they said back and offered to change it one time. As soon as the guy was going to hand me the money some woman at the counter looked at me rolling eyes and whispered to the guy that I shouldn't get the money. He then said he can only give change for 100. Lets be clear....I was not withdrawing money from a card It is an even exchange of bills for bills.

Worse place to do your banking. Says they will be right with you but never come. our time is precious as well and to let somebody sit at the drive-through and nobody come for over 10 minutes is not nice you should just say that you’re not taking people at the drive-through and then I would’ve went inside but instead he tell me I’ll be right there and you never come not nice. I had to leave. The atm is always accurate so I don’t like doing bacon through that

Worst branch when it comes to using the restroom. Their excuse employees only. I come from a banking background 4 years in the business and I never say no to the bathroom. Especially when your a client of the bank.

I feel blessed to have such a fabulous bank in my own neighborhood! Every time I walk in I'm greeted with a sincere smile and welcoming, which is why I have remained a TD customer from the day they opened. I'm writing this today because I am thankful to Viviana for looking out for my best interest and suggesting a better banking option where I would be earning far more interest than I was. Thank you to all of the wonderful staff at TD especially Lori, Kevin, Shavanne, Henry, Vivian - ALL of you - Keep on smiling!

Janet greeted me as soon as I walked in asked my name and treated me amazing. She directed me to Henry and although i was closing my acct he was professional asked why tried to resolve my issue although he almost had me convinced to stay I already had made up my mind. Their customers service was 5 star!! Thanks guys !

I am recovering from an auto accident, therefore standing on line is very difficult. The tellers are constantly Conversing with each other and ignoring the customers on line. They constantly do paper work while keeping the people on line waiting. I am looking for another bank with a more friendly attitude.

Calling them was like a nightmare. Rep picked up the call and told me to hold right out of the cage. Then i was placed on hold for more than 8 mins just to check my balance. Going there in person is even worst. Never really have more than 2 tellers. Always have to end up waiting for more than 10 mins just to get a teller. Lucky they have other branches around. But absolutely horrible here.
