TD bank is the worst bank there is. This branch especially! They do nothing to help you if you have a situation. In my instance, someone stole my rent money out of my account by using a fake check, I went to the branch, explained the situation, which they confirmed was fraudulent activity. However, they needed 60-90 days to "investigate" the situation. No credit was given, no help, nothing! I was even told by the manager, "don't worry, you'll be ok". At this point when it occurred, I was a customer for over 5 years (never late on a payment, no issues at all)and had an active credit card, checking, savings, and business account with them. It took almost 120 days for them to reimburse me! They should change their name to America's most "INCONVENIENT" bank, because that's what they are! AVOID THEM!

It’s not necessarily the staff that I really dislike it’s TD Bank. The staff here are I guess OK but the truth is TD is not America’s most convenient bank. I opened up a new account with my partner and it’s been really really annoying getting my debit card not only did I have to come back now twice I had to wait in line for a bank teller instead of being helped at the counter. I don’t understand what’s so difficult about printing a debit card but apparently it’s quite inconvenient. I’ve definitely banked with better Banks. Once I leave Flushing, Queens I’ll definitely be changing banks.

This review is currently based on one visit so take it with a large dose of salt. I visited this branch to open a checking account for my grandfather. We checked in by phone as required by the corona virus guidelines and waited for about an hour. The employee who helped us was knowledgeable and friendly. Additionally, the doorman actively aided clients who did not know how to check-in with their phones and directed them accordingly. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and if this visit is indicative of this entire branch's service then my grandfather is in good hands.

Came on Sunday 2:30pm to help my kid to open her first bank account. After a short wait we were helped by Evelyn. She provided excellent service. She even showed my kid how to deposit a check online and again with an ATM. Really helped my kid to understand the banking process. Another good thing is for student, there is no min balance and no monthly fee until she is 23. Completed the whole process in less than an hour.

5650 branch td bank is excellent. Manager is super nice and gentle very helpful. I feel like this bank is my second home. I recommend to everyone open a accountant this TD bank. Very happy they are service and I have lots of business accounts with this brunch. 11/28/19

Went in today to withdraw some money from my Checking account. I got to the counter and Teller Bin told me ' make sure you fill out the form before coming to me next time'. I Said ok. Then I give her my ID, she said the signature on the withdraw slip doesn't match at all. Refused to make a withdraw for me. Being in a rush I left. Will not come back to this branch.

There is only one employee at this branch that handles every transaction efficiently and it was for that reason that I have stayed with TD even though it has been the worst banking service I have ever dealt with. They did not know how to handle an international money order despite the order being in American dollars and having been issued by an international post office. I did not receive my money after a week. Natasha has been very unhelpful despite her claim that customer service does not know what it’s doing, neither does she. I am still waiting on my money even though Natasha told me on Monday that I would have it in my account today. As soon as my money that is rightfully mine deposits I am taking it all out and moving to Chase.

Do not go to this particular branch as their employees are clearly not following the corporate rules, regulations and state law as they should. I went to obtain a notarization for a power of attorney. I was told prior to going that TD Bank could assist me especially for having an account with them. Once I arrived with all required documentation, **ANGELA** the notary, refused to notarize my document because according to her "TD Bank prohibits them to notarize legal documentation". This is illegal! a Notary must officiate on request as failure to do so is a misdemeanor unless a Notary is uncertain of a signer’s identity, willingness, mental awareness, or has cause to suspect fraud! Notaries may not refuse service on the basis of race, religion, nationality, lifestyle, or because the person is not a client or customer per The Penal Law (§195.00) provides that an officer before whom an oath or affidavit may be taken is bound to administer the same when requested, and a refusal to do so is a misdemeanor. (People v. Brooks, 1 Den. 457.)
