I went to this chase on Oct 28 about 2:06 pm and someone took 13.01 dollars from my account to pay a bill they owed. I looked at my statement and noticed it from California. They need to check the cameras for people reading the machines as you walk in. I made sure no one saw my numbers or waited and a man walked by me and then headed into the bank but, apparently he did go to the machines.

The worst service I ever experienced at Chase. The ATM didn't dispense my 100 dollar bill and it was discounted from my account. The cashiers and manager (washed their hands). Finally I got steal 100 dollars.

So ,so unclean..always long lines ,machine not working, the machine really dirty,the floor. With garbage around on the floor. Really disgusting. Thank you. They need to put more effort in the clean.

No wonder everyone rates this place one star. The manager doesn't know how to deal with customers. My friend made a deposit in one of their ATMs, the machine ate the money and gave no receipt. After trying to get help from one of the employees we asked for the manager, because he did not know how to handle this situation. The manager's only response was to be sarcastic and not helpful at all. He was not professional, all he did was blame my friend for the machine not functioning properly. Chase should check the way this manager is treating customers. There are three Dominican girls that are very polite and know how to treat customers. One of them is Heidy, 5 stars for her.

Needs longer banking hours or additional ATM space. It’s a big mess every Friday after they close. People fight over who’s in line who what ATM. Tensions are high and all we need is a simple withdrawal or check deposit.

No tellers, the tellers are very slow and nobody needs the machines, these machines cause bottle necks in areas that are not needed. Expect 45 minutes to 1 hour wait time.

The employees are very nice and offer good service but they only have 2 or 3 tellers so you can expect to wait half an hour just to do something simple as change a check. This is ridiculous, only 2-3 tellers! I understand budget cuts and I agree with the removal of the second chase bank that was close to this one but this is pathetic. We are customers, we deserve faster service.

Line is ridiculous at least 50 min wait. Only two windows when there are thirty customers waiting. I gave up after twenty min wait and went to other chase bank. If i was a manager, i would increase the window instead of stupid machines that no one uses
