All I needed was my account number and the only person in the store was too busy talking to her boyfriend to look me up or even TRY. She told me to call customer service which I did last night and THEY couldn't even help me because they had trouble verifying my identity. Which is ridiculous to me. I've been a customer for YEARS with 2 lines and to say I'm frustrated and disappointed is the least. Idk if it's this mall location but management needs to do better to train who they hire.

They have the baddest internet service and they charge me $120 when it should've been $5 with that super poor internet. The staff was really bad and they even scammed us and stoled our money. Please don't even visit this place!!! If I had the choice I would give it a 0000.
