The staff is very helpful and friendly. May is always willing to help expedite cashier services and helps me find discounts on the spot. The store is clean and easygoing, not dirty or hectic like other stores. ~Jeannette

Was my go-to grocery for over 10 years, but their customer service has gone down hill lately, along with their product offerings and general store tidiness and cleanliness. Their “artisanal” bread, for example, is generally 2-4 days old, with no break in price. Several of their staff are downright surly, as if they resent customers bothering them. Items disappear from their shelves, never to be offered again, with no explanation. They appear to have made zero investment in customer-friendly technology, such as allowing phone payment transactions. The chain seems to have run its course. ~Linda

This Lidl is very nice and always kept clean, although I visit once in a while, I'm delighted to always see how clean and sanitized the aisles and areas are. Though I do wish they can stock up on the sanitizing wipes and hand sanitizer out in the cart area, the bakery is my favorite place to go to, right in front of the entrance and you smell the freshly baked pastries, although some may be cold, they still turn out to be wonderful! Employees are nice and keep to themselves but are ready to help when need be, very pleasant grocery store! ~Yoongi

I recently rented a truck from Penske on July 1, 2022. When I was checking out I spoke with the representative about a security deposit needing to be placed. They asked me for a $1,000 to hold for damages. Not everyone has to give that, but in my case for some reason they asked me for it. I promptly gave them the money. Since it was a cashier’s check, I was told by the representative at the counter that it would NOT be deposited, but just held until the truck was returned. My father was also there and heard him say the exact same thing. I rented from them for 3 weeks. I returned the truck in the same condition it was given to me. No damages. I went to return the truck on July 22, 2022, and the same representative told me that my check was deposited and it would take 12-15 business days to get it back. I called again on August 1, 2022, and now the status has changed and they are now saying it takes 25 - 30 business days to get my security deposit back. I think this company is a complete scam, and they hold customer’s money to gain interest before returning and sometimes don’t return the security deposit at all. I advise you DO NOT rent from them. However, I won’t allow them to continue to do this to innocent customers as I see others have not received their security deposit. I have a few agencies I have reported this to. I urge if this is happening to anyone, that there are agencies that will launch an investigation for suspected fraudulent activity. ~Vanessa
