I had them pack my three pods. Guess they figure since they were loading PODS and will not unload at the final destination they could do a HORRIBLE job packing. Congratulation for successfully packing all my fragile items horribly. Causing them all to be broken at the final destination. You would have better luck having the neighborhood kids packing than so called professional movers. They also failed to tell me they damage a door. Instead of being honest and let me know they did damage, they hope I didn’t find it. DO NOT USE. ~Colin

Although my first impressions of All Pro Movers was less than stellar and was about to give up, I had the great opportunity to have the Chris (customer service) take over as my rep. He singlyhandedly turned my view of All Pro around and made me extremely happy with my choice of movers. His professionalism, follow through and empathy were amazing. If you do use All Pro, insist on Chris being your representative. You will NOT regret it. My original sales person was not great at all and don't trust him as far as I can throw him, but during one of my calls to All Pro, I happen to get the sales department in error and spoke with a wonder young lady (wish I got her name), but if I had her as my original sales person, I would be giving All Pro all 10s on this review. What an awesome person she was...extremely informative and upfront with exactly what I should expect. All Pro, you need to hire more people like Chris and the female salesperson You'd be the Number 1 mover in America if you did! Thank you Chris for all your hard work. Giving it 5 stars because it still has a pizza hut. I went to this store because they carry "made good" products which no other store carries, i drove 12 miles but it was worth it because my family loves this brand. I Like the store it's larger than most targets and kept very clean and organized. Using the app helps me find stuff fast and it's convenient for me. Hope you guys never get rid of pizza hut food court. ( the food court employee was really nice as well ) ~David

The customer service in this location is terrible. Upon walking in you are not greeted, the staff do not get out of their seats or off of their devices when you are speaking to them. The entire time I was there I had to keep get them to talk to me. There were four people working or rather on the clock only two were actually working. I manage 13 locations and would not tolerate this level of disregard for our customers. I put in a call to corporate and I almost completed a switch of my 6 lines over from my current carrier. I did end up changing carriers and purchasing 5 new phones and tablet just not to Verizon. I was very disappointed and couldn't believe the lack of service I received at this location. I know I will receive a response similar to all the other responses. I don't need a response. I too serve the people of Manassas and surrounding areas, purple deserve to be treated with respect. Not every body is cut out to work face to face with the public. Do us (your customers, the community, the elderly) some justice and find some people to run this location to company standard. I purposely didn't put names in this response, because it's not my job to tell the owner who the locations hard workers are and who lacks professionalism. The complaints are there in the other reviews. Send in the secret shoppers I think you'll be surprised! It's necessary. ~Victoria

These ladies hooked me up! They got me all the deals/coupons possible. They knew soooo much and explained/answered all my questions so well. Incredibly impressed with them. And on top of all that - they were so easy to talk to, excellent listeners, and just really good people in general. I’ll definitely be going back here for anything Verizon related. All I needed was my account number and the only person in the store was too busy talking to her boyfriend to look me up or even TRY. She told me to call customer service which I did last night and THEY couldn't even help me because they had trouble verifying my identity. Which is ridiculous to me. I've been a customer for YEARS with 2 lines and to say I'm frustrated and disappointed is the least. Idk if it's this mall location but management needs to do better to train who they hire. ~Dina

Went in for a quick bite and Primo’s Pizzeria was phenomenal! We ordered a gyro salad and garlic knots, both were cooked to perfection! Portion sizes were great and service was quick and simple. The details were impeccable on the crisp but soft garlic knots with garlic sprinkled on top for authencity, the marinara sauce had a great flavor to it too. The gyro salad was so delicious!! Very kind and helpful employees too. Would definitely come again when in the area! ~Maya

I made an appointment today at 3:30 just for a simple wash and a bowl out. I came right on time, but after waiting for 45 minutes, they took in another client that came in after me without apologizing or giving any reason why. No one came to check on me, nor communicate with me. All I did I get stares by the staff. I’m extremely disappointed, and don’t think I would return again. ~nadia
