Unfortunately as usual being overcharged. Please explain how I am paying $300 a month for two lines at $60 a line for unlimited. $60.00=$150 a month. I am finished with them not to mention horrible customer service whose answer and I quote "you know we are expensive," . oh well just another lost client

Had a great experience updating my phone. Shay was a super helpful sales associate who made the entire process incredibly simple. From setting up my new phone to deleting everything from my old phone, Shay was there to make sure everything went smoothly. I'd highly recommend this verizon store whether you're a new customer or just upgrading like me.

Scheduled to pick up a phone here for an upgrade. Their inventory counted for a phone that a customer had already ordered so they didn’t actually have the phone I scheduled to pick up. They canceled the order without telling me and their online system did not update so now I’m without a phone until their system updates because it won’t let me do an upgrade now. Absolutely horrible service, glad I called Verizon’s real reps to check before I drove all the way to this store.

If I could give zero Stars I would. I walked in and I was told that the weight would be about 50 minutes. The sales representative was helping multiple people simultaneously but could not answer a question this has been the most ridiculous experience I have ever seen I ended up going to another Verizon store up the road and was able to be seen in less than a minute and there were multiple sales people

These ladies hooked me up! They got me all the deals/coupons possible. They knew soooo much and explained/answered all my questions so well. Incredibly impressed with them. And on top of all that - they were so easy to talk to, excellent listeners, and just really good people in general. I’ll definitely be going back here for anything Verizon related. Very satisfied with my whole experience here!

Gentlman was very helpful; even the Support Desk who set up an appointment for me while I was on the phone heading directly to the store since I could not use Google on my phone and away from the house. Have had e problem going to the store without an appointment and he wasn’t going to help me at the time. Luckily he wasn’t there today.

I went in for a hardware upgrade. John and Justin made sure I got the phone I wanted and took advantage of all of the available promotions. The transition to the new device was seemless, and they had great rapport the entire time. That was the easiest visit to a Verizon location I’ve had to date.

Came here when my old iPhone finally broke down. The gentleman who helped us, John, was super polite and knowledgeable. John helped get back into my Apple account (I was locked out), then got us a great price on a trade in with some accessories. Overall it was an excellent experience and I will definitely come here again.

The Verizon sales rep Tiffany was awesome! She was personable, patient and knowledgeable. She even dealt with a couple rude customers while helping me. She stayed professional the whole time. Verizon needs more employees like Tiffany. Much respect to Tiffany!
