08/23/22 - I went in for just a few items, and to pick up a prescription. The ladies at the pharmacy are so nice and efficient, they even remembered my birthdate. Of course they have to verify it, but it makes the process easier and take less time. They call me if an issue pops up with my prescriptions and they will call the Doctors office too to fix things, if necessary. They are wonderful. 06/13/22 - I love this store and the people working here. They know me by name. They help me track my medications and special order for me if I want them to. Just all around great people. 04/08/22 - I still love shopping here! I sometimes just walk the aisles just to see what is new. The pharmacy staff all know my name, and they even called me to alert me that they had the Covid booster. They were calling their elder customers just to ensure that they got the booster. Previously - I love shopping here! The people are always welcoming and friendly, very helpful too. Their produce is fresh, and they carry a wide variety. They make sushi and have a hot food bar, salad bar, and a hot pizza bar. Their bakery is great too. I transferred all of my prescriptions to their pharmacy, and am so much happier with the service. They have time to take care of me, and I feel valued and welcome there. M

Was my go-to grocery for over 10 years, but their customer service has gone down hill lately, along with their product offerings and general store tidiness and cleanliness. Their “artisanal” bread, for example, is generally 2-4 days old, with no break in price. Several of their staff are downright surly, as if they resent customers bothering them. Items disappear from their shelves, never to be offered again, with no explanation. They appear to have made zero investment in customer-friendly technology, such as allowing phone payment transactions. The chain seems to have run its course.

The store is great, I never had any issues here. I only go once in a while since I don't live in the neighborhood but each time I shop there it's as expected and the same standard I've always seen from HT stores.

The way I was treated by the costumer service lady was unprofessional. I only asked her if she could weigh the block of dry ice to be sure that it had the necessary weight, she got upset and did it reluctantly, at the end of the purchase she practically left the bag for me to take. Normally they offer to put it in a paper bag since dry ice burns on contact with the skin, she left it there on top of the cart and reluctantly disappeared. Is that your customer service representative?

A worker named Wael in the deli seems miserable. As I was telling my order he just walked away from me. He’s very slow and not friendly at all.

Always have to settle. Selection compared to other stores is poor. More expensive. They stopped carrying stuff no one else has. Like where's the Grandma Utz? If their dairy wasn't better than WalMart I'd stop there. Update: 7 out of 10 items I came for were not here. 70% failure rate. This has happened enough it's clear I need to shop elsewhere. For a company that prides itself on customer service....I feel like they don't really care.

Another interesting experience. While receiving service in the prepared food section, employees that spoke the same foreign language, did so and in loud, raucous tones. While I can appreciate speaking in a manner in which a person is comfortable, i found the occurrence of such on the sales floor and in the presence of customers rude and disruptive. To add insult to injury, there was only two checkout lanes open along with the self checkout. Worse, the two open lanes were back to back, allowing the paying patron to stand within two feet of the next lane's shopping cart. Why? Could they not be separate by at least one cashier desk? And one associate and working manager did not wear masks. Why would I, wearing a mask, want an associate breathing and touching my merchandise that did not make the same effort as I? So i opted to wait in line for the associate that did employ that protective measure. Especially with all of the recent increases in infection. Another anomaly - an employee with a dense, lengthy beard works in the prepared food section. And that beard is without cover. Hello??!!?? Why have head hair coverings for those employees if facial hair goes uncovered?? Seems contradictory. Is not hair able to shed? Ugh. Will i go again? Maybe, but always with caution.

Staff are friendly and good at their jobs. the store itself is always well stocked and clean. ample parking, though the shopping center is a little weird to get in and out of. Harris Teeter is overpriced, but that's an issue with the chain itself not this location. The staff here are great so it's a 5 stars for me!

Store is kept neat and clean, helpful employees and the groceries are fresh! I got sushi here for the first time and it was delicious and definitely fresh!
