Not sure if this is still a corporate store, or if it has changed to an authorized reseller like most of the other locations. Either way, the customer service is horrible. Six customers in the store waiting to be helped. Only two people were being serviced. Multiple employees standing around doing nothing, not even acknowledging customers as they come in and stand there waiting for help. Pathetic.

Came here to get the iPhone 14 Pro because one employee (who was rude and looked high both times I visited, mind you) told me that they were getting a new shipment today. This of course wasn’t the case. Also, why does it take two employees to help one customer? There were several people waiting for help and at least 7 or 8 employees working. It should not be that slow when you have that many people working. Horrible experience and a complete waste of time. Avoid this store at all costs

This may be one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had with VZ. What I experienced at this store is NOT commensurate to the way VZ charges their customers OR the length of time I’ve been a customer with them, including both parents who retired from VZ. Walking into this store is chaos, there’s no greeting from employees, to clear line, no check in process, just people aimlessly wandering around trying to figure out what to do as the employees barely acknowledge customers with a head gesture and sparse eye contact. Employees are asking customers how they can help, they’re waiting for customers to do their job…or so it feels. I was high disappointed with the lack of professionalism and customer service here

The customer service in this location is terrible. Upon walking in you are not greeted, the staff do not get out of their seats or off of their devices when you are speaking to them. The entire time I was there I had to keep get them to talk to me. There were four people working or rather on the clock only two were actually working. I manage 13 locations and would not tolerate this level of disregard for our customers. I put in a call to corporate and I almost completed a switch of my 6 lines over from my current carrier. I did end up changing carriers and purchasing 5 new phones and tablet just not to Verizon. I was very disappointed and couldn't believe the lack of service I received at this location. I know I will receive a response similar to all the other responses. I don't need a response. I too serve the people of Manassas and surrounding areas, purple deserve to be treated with respect. Not every body is cut out to work face to face with the public. Do us (your customers, the community, the elderly) some justice and find some people to run this location to company standard. I purposely didn't put names in this response, because it's not my job to tell the owner who the locations hard workers are and who lacks professionalism. The complaints are there in the other reviews. Send in the secret shoppers I think you'll be surprised! It's necessary.

Went in one week was offered $150 store credit for an iPhone with a cracked screen lady said it would be $200 without the cracked screen. Went in the next week and a different person offered us less than 50 dollars for the phone.. this. Is. An. iphone.. the value doesn't drop that significantly in one week.. Overall I wasn't sure if the people in the store were trying to rip us off and it would be nice to see more consistency in your pricing of items..

Walked in at 7:40, set there until 758 just to have a representative come up and tell me that they locked the safe, and couldn’t sell me a phone. The other Employee asked her did she need any phones and walked in the back... ( to lock it) without asking me what I needed before she did it! Just lazy! Clearly if I was in there before the store closed I should have been help instead of them rushing to get out of there!!!
