By far one of the worst companies that I have ever dealt with. I will never do business with them again. After ordering a fridge and paying in full last May (2021) it continued to get push back for the delivery time. Finally in April (2022) we decided to go with a different fridge. We only had a few options because we had our cabinets built around the original fridge. We ordered it and were told they would let us know when it was in. Finally last week we called with see if there was any word about it being in. It has been in for a week. No one reached out to us. We scheduled the delivery for today. A full year after paying for the original fridge. Come to find out, after sitting here and taking off work, they aren’t delivering it today. No call, no show. I would not use this company if you want to have any type of customer service at all.

Went in to order a shower pan for a bath remodel might as well not have gone in. While I was greeted friendly enough the person showed no real interest in helping me I knew what I wanted and told her. She began scrolling through their website didn’t seem to know much. I went home found what I wanted from another supplier and ordered on line. If I am going to pay a premium for buying from a specialty store I expect better service than I would get at a big box store.

I was referred to Ferguson by my wife. I was greeted by Jen Fowler as soon as I walked in. She was very pleasant and friendly to deal with. She was very patient and easy to talk to. I had one question that she wasn't sure about but asked Jessica and she helped out also. My order got changed the next morning from January this week to March. I went back to Ferguson and informed them about the changes and Jen went straight to work to find out why. We had to change around a few items but Jen made a few calls and got my new order back on track with the same delivery time as the other order. Thank you Jen for everything. Please ask for Jen and I'm sure you will not leave disappointed.

The worst experience ever. Bought top of the line stove, fridge, dishwasher, and a drawer microwave. They ruined my front door delivering everything. Scratched the dishwasher up installing it. They did send someone out to fix it a yr later. The guy thought he was here to install a dishwasher didn’t know how to fix it so he just left never heard from them again and now it doesn’t work the same. Paid to have my fridge moved to the basement they put about 7 dents in it while moving. The icing on the cake the ice maker has never worked on the new fridge couldn’t get anyone out here so now guess what no warranty left. Use them if you want throw your money in the garbage as we did🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️

I was in an emergency situation and he was very quick to respond and was very pleasant to deal with. My situation has been resolved within just a couple of hours because of Matt and the entire team! Went in four months ago explaining we were redoing our house one bath at a time, we needed faucets for double sinks, separate shower and bath fixtures. The person at the counter was courteous when we entered, we told her what we needed and she advised us to look around and let us know if we had any questions. Never once looking up after that or checking on us. We looked at everything on the floor, spending probably 20 minutes. My wife commented several times on styles she thought might work within earshot of the receptionist. We were amazed that she could not even check on us. We left and thanked her on the way out, she wished us a good day. We went to a competitor down the road, not big box, but another independent showroom who was most helpful and eager to work wit us. We spent a couple of thousand dollars with the competitor. Today, I went back in to Ferguson because we are redoing the master bath. It currently has GROHE fixtures for the double sinks, separate shower and bath. I know it is easier to replace with the same brand and Ferguson carries this brand that has limited distributors in Savannah. I walked in, with printed out pictures of GROHE Fairborn items I wanted to order. No one at the reception desk, I wandered around thinking someone would come out of the back somewhere. 5 minutes passed and I see a man come out of the back offices when I am down by the Kohler selection of shower fixtures, I look at him and he keeps walking and heads to the back offices behind the receptionist end of the store, never speaking. I see the exact GROHE fixture line I am looking for just beyond the Kolher items. There it is, or at least one of the items, except it is $40 more for the one fixture than the Ferguson price on their website. I walked out having spent between 5 and 10 minutes in their show room without ever seeing a soul, except the guy who did not have time to speak. As I got in my car to leave, I saw the receptionist from our prior visit pull up in her car and enter the store. I guess no one is around to help customers when she goes to lunch. I guess Ferguson would prefer someone order online when they know exactly what they want. You can pay less and not be left wandering in their showroom alone.

Went to the store to look at a grill, I spent about 20 minutes waiting for some help and the lady never even look at me to say hi. She was there the whole time talking to a person about personal stuff. Zero customer service friendly.

I was repairing a leaking water heater and needed an adjustable pressure relief valve. This valve was not available anywhere in town except here. I walked in and was greeted immediately. I told the guy at the counter (Chris Smith) what I was looking for. He explained to me that my list was going to be quite expensive. He suggested a slightly different repair, saving me about $100. Awesome customer service and know their stuff. Next time you need plumbing supplies come see these guys.
