People take time out to write bad reviews but never good ones but I feel the good ones are more important. I wish I would have gotten everyone's names but the staff that was working yesterday (9/15/22) were spot on. They were very attentive to every customer that walked in. No customer waited for any length of time. The employees were in constant motion getting work done, trucks loaded, customers accommodated and were very pleasant and helpful. I own a business and notice things like this and I was very impressed with these guys both personally and professionally. Keep up the Great work!

Website said close 4. I arrived 3:35 and they are close. A young lady come to the door and said we are close with an attitude as if I'm inconveniencing her. I informed her that the hours on the website as 4. I only had 2 Amazon return. Needless to say this is the second time I had experience rude and underappreciated service as a customer. This place suck. I would not recommend this place at all. The older lady who is the manager acts like she's better than everyone else. If you choose to come here out of convenience I understand but you have been informed about poor customer service.

Apparently UPS is well known in the industry for hiring folks that will steal your package straight from the truck right in front of you before quitting their job and disappearing. Par for course for what appears to be a thinly veiled mail scam operation, their nonexistent customer support is just an Indian call center that *poorly* reads back the same information you have available on the tracking app. Just chuck your shipments into the sea and rest assured it's in better hands than with UPS.

No one answers the phone OR returns voicemails AND my package to be sent back IS NOT in the UPS SYSTEM! Its been FOUR DAYS!!! EDIT: I went back to the location regarding my package and got extra information on what may have happened since it was an Amazon return. I will change my stars, though I did leave a message w/my number.

My spouse mailed a package from this store to Illinois. It was marked fragile and had been filled with bubble wrap and paper to protect it. It arrived completely crushed to its destination. UPS wanted photos which we provided from the receiver in Illinois. Then they wanted photos of the packing, which we could not actually provide since the receiver in Illinois had already disposed of the box and packing materials so we sent pictures of bubble wrap. They denied the claim saying it wasn't properly packed. The box had been crushed so it wouldn't have mattered what we packed it with. The UPS people were horrible. They asked if we took the pictures of the package when it arrived in Illinois. We explained that we mailed the package from Savannah to Illinois so we couldn't possible take pictures of it in Illinois. Store manager seems sympathetic, but she could make a decision on her own and reimburse for the shipment. Horrible people; horrible service. Business takes no responsibility for anything. Avoid this location at all costs. Consider Federal Express, the USPS, or another UPS shop in Savannah.

Contacted the UPS store about doing a 3 packet print job for me for my work one packet had 2 pages the other 8 pages and the last 1A total of 7 pages I need ed 29 copies when it come time to check out I was handed a stack of papers and the stapler to sort and staple my own print job This is the worst UPS store I have ever used on my job we spend approximately anywhere from 10 to $22000 per year with UPS I know the people at this location have no way of knowing this but because of the person I am I separated it all and stapled myself the part that I have a hard time with is the condescending young man when he checked me out just be aware at this location. Follow up young man did reach out to apologize which was appreciated. We all have bad days I understand this does show effort.

Mike & Kate were so great. I contacted them to get a quote to ship a picture from an auction house to NJ. They replied right away, which let me determine my bed price. The items was picked up, packed and shipped all for less than original quote. The delivery came on schedule and was so thoughtfully and meticulously packaged. Will definitely look to use this connection in the future!
