We have purchased two beds and about 5 mattresses from Ryan over the past 14 years. We are always happy with the service and quality of the items! During one move as things were being unpacked we realized that all the hardware to our daybed had been lost… way to go military movers… I called Ryan and he was able to track down a hardware kit for the daybed we bought from him in 2009!!!! What a lifesaver! That company didn’t even make the bed anymore! To this day we still have both beds and they have been through multiple military moves. I’m so glad we were given the advice to purchase solid wood. I recommend this store to anyone looking for honesty, great customer service and products that will last. ~Dan

By far one of the worst companies that I have ever dealt with. I will never do business with them again. After ordering a fridge and paying in full last May (2021) it continued to get push back for the delivery time. Finally in April (2022) we decided to go with a different fridge. We only had a few options because we had our cabinets built around the original fridge. We ordered it and were told they would let us know when it was in. Finally last week we called with see if there was any word about it being in. It has been in for a week. No one reached out to us. We scheduled the delivery for today. A full year after paying for the original fridge. Come to find out, after sitting here and taking off work, they aren’t delivering it today. No call, no show. I would not use this company if you want to have any type of customer service at all. ~Mary

Not sure if the previous reviews are due to a previous employee but, I drop off mail on the daily to this location. Never had any issues and the gentleman (Bruce) behind the counter is always pleasant and helpful. ~Lawrence

People take time out to write bad reviews but never good ones but I feel the good ones are more important. I wish I would have gotten everyone's names but the staff that was working yesterday (9/15/22) were spot on. They were very attentive to every customer that walked in. No customer waited for any length of time. The employees were in constant motion getting work done, trucks loaded, customers accommodated and were very pleasant and helpful. I own a business and notice things like this and I was very impressed with these guys both personally and professionally. Keep up the Great work! ~Rhonda

Publix Super Market at The Village on Skidaway Island
Their quality control in dairy and fruits and vegetables is very low. In dairy, the temperature of the refrigeration system is border line and I've return several milk containers that were already spoiled when I opened it at home. They need to copy Walmart and control the temperatures better. Fruits and vegetables typically spoil too fast also which means Publix isn't getting fresh produce to the shelves quick enough. Their managers aren't paying attention to quality control at all. ~Michael
Johnstone Supply Savannah
Bought a new fan motor with a friend for a carrier unit where the fan went bad. They were able to match the correct part the first time, with a 1 year warranty. The guys at the counter were so friendly and told us some good jokes. He also thanked my son for being in the Navy out in the South China Sea. Awesome experience! I would highly recommend Johnstone and Glen who was my salesman. Great guy... Thx ~Danny
