Publix is always a great store. Just don't try to buy fried chicken here. Multiple run ins with this department. Management doesn't listen to or do anything about complaints.

Publix is always clean and well stocked. The employees are courteous and so are the other shoppers!

Their quality control in dairy and fruits and vegetables is very low. In dairy, the temperature of the refrigeration system is border line and I've return several milk containers that were already spoiled when I opened it at home. They need to copy Walmart and control the temperatures better. Fruits and vegetables typically spoil too fast also which means Publix isn't getting fresh produce to the shelves quick enough. Their managers aren't paying attention to quality control at all.

Smaller Publix location but ample for our needs. They even have a vegan bakery section and a large beer snd wine section. Very clean and friendly staff.

I love Publix and the people they hire. I had one near me in Richmond, Virginia and loved going there. This one in Savannah is just as great.

Let my first and most emphatic comment concerning Publix be; I am a handicapped person my right leg was amputated above the knee fifteen months ago! Additionally I am 69 years old and my gratitude toward Publix is overwhelmingly positive! Publix supermarkets are exceptional in all facets in meeting the needs of handicapped persons, their restrooms in size, layout and ingress/egress are exceptional. Their personnel go beyond what one anticipates they will receive from store employees (in no way do I disparagingly derogate all employees of other enterprises), I do believe that corporate emphasis guides their employees to value their customers. Additionally my comment concerning this Publix places it at the consistently higher level of supermarkets. An extra note, this Publix is not large but still satisfies most shopping needs.
