Popeye’s is the best fried chicken because of its spicy perfectly fried coating. The outside is crunchy while the chicken remains tender and juicy. The size of the chicken meat was substantial; it wasn't just flour like other chicken sandwiches I've tried. The bread was soft and buttery! So good! The employee was friendly and the service was quick considering the amount of people ordering. Ambiance is very relaxing, with fast service and respectful staffs as well. The interior was relatively clean and service was quick. This place was everything I could have expected from a Popeye's. I highly recommend to anyone.

I was overcharged for two piece chicken. The employee charge me $7.39 then for the tenders for my daughter he charge me $6.19. Usually I pay for two piece chicken four dollars and some change. The customer service was horrible not very friendly, if you go there around 4 o’clock they close the main entrance and you could only go through drive-through so if you’re walking you’re out of luck you can’t get no chicken or any food. You have to wait until the drive-through line is completely finish folder you for you to walk into the window to order order of food . I tried to call the number to tell him I was overcharged nobody answers. The phone is just keep on ringing so you got no choice to go drive there and put your complaint in and tell the manager that you were over charge

BEWARE: RESTAURANT IS DRIVE THRU ONLY. Since reopening during the pandemic, this specific popeyes location has locked their doors for any in-person order or pick up. I’m sure this has to be against some sort of code as I believe businesses should be keeping their doors unlocked during business hours but whatever. I just think it’s ridiculous that you can place an order online and have to sit through the drive thru to get it. I knew better but decided to walk up to the front door to pick up my order, since I knew the drive thru can take a ridiculously long time. Door was locked (big surprise) and my order was sitting on the counter. But alas, the employee(s) completely ignored me and another gentleman. Cue us going back to our cars and joining the drive-thru line. It took me 30 minutes to get my order when it could have taken like 2 minutes. And yes my food was cold. Look, I get that there may be a shortage of workers but there needs to be some change at this restaurant because it is just ridiculous. Popeyes is obviously popular and good for a reason but sometimes even though I crave popeyes, it’s not worth the hassle or wait you have to go through at this location.

Checked online and it says they’re open until 10pm. Came at 8:50pm and the whole restaurant was completely dark. Drove up to the drive thru to make sure and yes they were closed. I wish I would’ve checked the reviews first. There’s so many reviews that say they close early. Why don’t they change their operating times online?

Came to the store at 850 pm And the guy says "we closed" not even an apology first of all. But I don't care about that chat upset me was that it says they closed at 10pm and they have all 4 employees all sitting in the lobby. Even if the signs not correct and they close at 9(which I know they're not) it was still before 9 and said they were closed. I come here usually and order around 940 even post covid and they closed at 850 now? For real? Something needs to be addressed because this is not how a restaurant should he ran.

I spent an hour in the Popeyes drive thru line at this location, and when I got to the menu and ordering station I placed my order after being prompted to, and was met with radio silence, no response, no confirmation. I then proceed to the pick up window where they charge me for the wrong order, tell me they don’t have my order, and proceed to say that the only thing they have left is chicken tenders. They were rude and didn’t even attempt to console the situation, I will not be returning and frankly I think thing entire location should be shut down. I used to love Popeyes and they have some of the best chicken, but this experience was disrespectful and disappointing.

I can't say anything bad about Popeyes, I tried them today for the first time I got the sandwich it was great, crispy with a good amount of spice and it filled up. I would go here again for sure considering the whole meal was 8 dollars and I got my food in 1 minute definitely a new favorite.

I love Popeyes chicken... But this location needs an ENTIRE STAFF CHANGE!! They are rude, discriminatory, and treat the register area as a break room. I've come here over the years thinking it will get better and nothing. Same staff, same ignorant flagrant behaviour. I've seen employees laugh at customers, forget people are outside waiting on an order because of personal conversations, and last visit resulted in seeing an employee not wash they're hands after eating and resuming work!! I don't understand why the owner ignores all these issues, but I will drive out of my way to a different location from now on!

Terrible, this is the third time that I pass by and they did not have any chicken. Only the sea food sandwich. And only drive through, got behind a car and had to wait. See picture. And it was at 3pm. What kind of chicken fast food does not have chicken. Again, it was not the first time.

Drive to this popeye today around 8:17pm no one at the drive through stood there for 10 minutes drive and they told me they close as I'm leaving several cars line up waiting to be serve and I had to tell them they were close. Than while taking pictures of the store about 4 employees walk through went inside and was laughing and saying yeah we close.
