The worker named Jaysh ibahen was very rude. She complained to me about having to change my options on the drive thru and was stressing about customers behind me. She was unprofessional.

Took 5 minutes to begin talking on the outside speaker then nobody came to the window for another 10 minutes. Hands me my coffee and the lid was only half way on so the first bump leaving made it spill. Never coming back to this location

Staff is oblivious of customers. More worried about their phones. The black guy with glasses to 5 minutes before he asked to take my order. The was rude took forever to get a coffee. The lady just stood there obviously not caring at all

The staff here is super friendly and efficient. Food and drink came out very fast. Bathrooms are very well kept and this place looks so nice to visit.

Use to be the best in the entire area. Idk what happened but quality went down and they can’t make mixed coffees for nothing. Need to retrain staff

I ordered an ice latte with caramel and whip cream, it had no caramel or whip cream. To top it off it tastes like water. The most disgusting part, is the grilled cheese. They didn’t even let it toast or melt. The whole thing is just cold. Worst experience in a Dunkin’ Donuts ever. If I could give it zero starts I really would.

We love Dunkin Donuts! Especially the awesome hashbrowns! And the sandwiches and donuts and coffee of course. Lol. Kid-friendliness: Kids love picking out their own donuts 🍩! Parking: Extremely small parking lot

Customer service was good, employees were nice however my food smelled and tasted like chemicals. It sounds crazy but it had a a bleach like scent and the taste was just off. My coffee also had a strange taste to it but it was more of a stale taste. Not sure if it's the preservatives or what but it weirded me out and I didn't finish my food or coffee just in case.

Rude customer service. Rude employees. Different prices than what is on display. Do not have half the items and you can hear them laughing while ordering. Customer service is not hard, but here it is. This is 10 in the morning with two extremely rude ladies (Saturday) if anyone working there cares to figure out who actually was there today. They also just tossed in all the donated together on top of one another, no separation, the frosting went everywhere and isn’t that a good looking vanilla? Pay a bunch 29 for that?

WOW! Stopped here to get bagels and coffee for a meeting at Niles North HS. The store is amazing and the manager (Joe) could not have been more helpful and energetic. The experience made my day. He even threw in this awesome mug!
