I was kinda of mad because my sister just bought my DOWN VEST at Land's End my early X-Mas Gift to me. Then she decided to buy her Women's Vest and hers has 2-POCKETS!! I was beside myself, I love my vest but it needs pockets. I love their clothing Men's and women's and it fits my body. But they had cool items like a sleeping bag for your wine bottles. I bought a cool tank top. Now is the time to stock up on your Summer tanks & leggings since they are all 50% off. I got 1 for me.

We recently visited at this store. The professional behavior of the staff was much below a regular store customer service. The manager was about to pass out when she saw an Asian couple with two kids entering in the store. She snatched something from one of the kids. I also observed her talking to someone at the cash counter about her son dating a girl that she doesn’t like while there were 3-4 customers waiting in the line to check out.

I love the jacket. I love it so much I bought the same jacket after my first coat was stolen out of my car. I also own 2 vests and a couple of tee's. Eddie Bauer is SO me....LOL Sincerely, David Loeb

The manager John went above and beyond in making sure I received what I wanted. I love eddie bauer's but john made my visit an even awesome one.

They have a nice selection of women clothing. However, couldn't find much for petite women. Additionally when I go to an outlet I look for at least 40% off on merchandise. This was not the case. But, 20% is better than nothing. They did have a large clearance section. Shirts in my size were plenty, but not so much for the 8-10 in pants. This store is organized. Clean.

It's an easy place to shop. Their staff has always been helpful. They help you find what you are looking for in sizes and colors needed. You are a happy satisfied customer when you leave!

Terrible customer service to say the least. It’s not worth coming to this location anymore as I’ve noticed over 11years how the customer service skills are declining. Sadly , the fish stinks from the head down to the tail. I’ll gladly shop elsewhere, Eddie Bauer has declined as a brand over time and now the customer service is the last straw.

I have owned Eddie Bauer clothing for at least fifty years. A down jacket, purchased while I was in college, is still going strong. It has been sent back to Bauer a couple of times for free repairs. In those days I spent a lot of time outdoor. The jacket was most appreciated. Visiting this outlet in in the Midwest brought back happy memories. The display of merchandise covers almost every outdoor activity. The prices are reasonable. Wheelchair accessible including the bathrooms. Free parking.
