I'm sharing my experience about the interaction I just had with Jackie, your assistant store manager. Attempting to make an exhange of an online order, I shared my experience with her. According to Jackie, I am apparently outside of the 60 day (exchange window) which is fine but her attitude was not. My item hasn't been used and it's still boxed. Jackie's tone was defensive and condescending. I simply asked for the store managers name and was met with an attitude I don't find acceptable. I look forward to speaking with Gabe and Marcus, store and district managers. Update: I went back in store today and talked with Marcus. He was able to assist me to my satisfaction. Thank you Marcus!

3 stars because the staff was nice when checking us out but the prices keep rising to unreasonable heights at this store. Purchased 2 pillows and ended up paying 150.00. The pillows were not that impressive and after attempting to sleep on them the first night, sad to say that I regret my purchase. Very disappointed because I expected the best nights sleep on these pillows for this kind of money.
