Purchased water heater installed through Home Depot. They did not check my water pressure. See picture below. Flooded my house, destroyed my dishwasher. Customer service told me to talk with Joe the manager at Villa Rica, No return call! I go to talk with him at the VR STORE, JOE CALLS HIS HOME DEPOT DM and some rude Home Depot employee shows up to serve me with NO trespassing papers. In the last year I have spent 3k at this store. GOD IS MY WITNESS THIS REALLY HAPPENED

Love The Home Depot. Always love going there. Customer Service is #1!! They are never ever out of the things I need and I'm always working on something. Front desk is always awesome. Enjoy just looking around even if I don't buy anything. So get out there and do more and save a bunch with The Home Depot. 04/17/2021. Home Depot update! If you're a do it yourselfer, a handyman or a contractor, the Home Depot has got you covered. Always and everywhere the best prices or they will beat it by 10%. So come on in and join me. It's spring and you know there is a couple dozen project just waiting to be done around the house.

Everyone who works here is always super nice. But I felt the need to write a review because of Jim, a wonderful employee who basically saved me and my husband from cooking our chicks alive. We grabbed a heat bulb that I saw some reviews on, and after over hearing our conversation, Jim stepped in and gave us so much information on caring for chickens. Our chicks are happy and healthy with the proper light set up, and I just feel so blessed to have had so many positive, helpful experiences at our Home Depot. So thank you, especially to Jim!

Great place to shop . Except we purchased a pallet of Scott's brown mulch , we put this all around our home now we have a mushroom garden. So now instead of weeding my flower beds I'll be mushrooming them. 😡

A bunch of teenage boys who stand around watching me struggle with several plants. Because there were no baskets I had to make 3 trips to the cash register to get the flowers rung up while 3 employees just stood there and watched. They continued to watch as I made 3 trips back to the register to get them out to the side of the road. I got my car and went to pick them up. 2 of the same employees still stood there while I put them in my car. A sweet gentleman walking through the parking lot quick ran over to me and helped with the last 2 items. They need some training.

They had everything we needed at the Villa Rica store to frame two decks. They also had employees outside that loaded all of our order on our truck. It was great. That has never happened to me at the Carrollton store

The store mananger Mathew is amazing!! He is honest and respectful to the customer. He listens to the issue and finds a way to make it rite. If all home depots had a guy like him running the store they would shut lowes down. I do a lot of home repairs and deal with a lot of store managers. He is absolutely the best highly recommend the villa rica home depot and the staff there. They are always more than helpful and understanding of your needs. And always super polite every time I visit this local store. Go see them !!!

This was my first visit to the Villa Rica location. I really appreciated the staff and how helpful everyone was. We have been to another couple of stores looking for a particular paint kit for bathroom floors. Finally found it here!

We went to the Villa Rica location, and the customer service was amazing as always! We went to get deck boards to finish our deck. They were out of the boards that we needed, Tim and Dylan in the lumber department were great. They went out back and couldn't find the boards we needed. Tim and Dylan suggested using another type of wood, it looked exactly what we needed. We decided to use that wood, they went and got us the boards outside and help load it. It was cold and starting to get dark but that did not stop them from helping us. Both men were busy with other things but they stop what they were doing to help us. The cashier was very friendly and helpful too, unfortunately I did not get her name. We love this location because they are always friendly and helpful no matter how busy they are.
