Needed a battery recharge they didn’t come out to see the car. Had to remove battery and bring it inside the store. They hooked up the tester to the battery and then said a cell is dead then they tried to convince me to purchase a new battery. I was so upset with the process I just reinstalled the battery and left. it was the biggest waste of time, I could have easily did the same thing at home. I will not go to this store for a test or a charge ever.

This is one of my go to places for getting what I need to keep my automobiles looking sharp and running well. They almost always have what I need in-store. If they don't, they'll order it and it's there that day or the next. The staff is always kind and very helpful. If you need a tool to help install your part they'll let you borrow one. If you need affordable parts please go check them out, you won't be sorry.

I called Auto Zone and Chris assisted me over the phone. When I came into the store I asked for Chris. He greeted me with a smile, was very professional and took great care of me. I highly recommend Villa Rica Auto Zone. I’m sure all their associates are great, however I’m partial to Chris. I've been in the AutoZone in Villa Rica maybe 3 times. Each visit the staff was very helpful and friendly. Today there was a female sales associate and she was super nice and recommended 2 products from her personal experience. I bought them and tried them out ASAP. They are great products. Thanks
