I’ve been a Liberty Chevrolet customer for longer than I can remember. The service department is fabulous! Due to their excellent service, I kept my 2002 Impala (purchased in 2001 before Liberty opened) until finally replacing it in 2017 with a 2018 Equinox. I have nothing but great things to say about the whole team, but Daniel Marlow has been a superstar taking care of my automotive needs since I first became a Liberty customer.

I was looking for a specific vehicle and found on across the country here at Liberty. I'm from the West coast and Jason Sluder helped me with the entire process. He was very cordial, respectful, and honest throughout the whole process. I flew into Georgia and was met at the airport with the nicest driver Mr. White. Mr. White was spectacular and very personable. When I arrived at the Dealer I was met by Jason and he made the process easy, straight forward and a pleasant experience. The whole team was super kind and concerned, as I was planning to drive the vehicle back across country that weekend. As a returning customer to Liberty Chevrolet, I was yet again overly pleased with my experience at Liberty! I went in to Liberty last week & Cody greeted me with a smile & answered any questions I had about the features of the new Trailblazers that I was interested in. Unfortunately they didn’t have the exact model on the lot that I was really wanting. But thankfully Cody contacted me to let me know that they got a new Trailblazer in just the day before. Katie in the service department was amazing. She went above and beyond by being a customer advocate. I was dealing with a third party warranty company that didn’t want to pay for work that needed to be done to get my vehicle running correctly. Katie and her coworkers didn’t stop until the warranty went ahead and approved for all the work that was suggested to be done. This was my second visit for the same problem, needless to say I was over the entire process. Thank you Liberty Chevrolet for employing people that really do care about making the customer happy!!!

Specifically, I am reviewing a particular Sales Representative, Mr Jason Sluder, at Liberty Chevrolet. Mr. Sluder is a retired Law Enforcement officer and this has been particularly appealing at this time when ‘integrity’ (his) is crucial for ‘buyers’ (me). Mr. Sluder walked me through a very very long ordering and fulfillment process, when vehicles are at a premium and in extremely limited availability. Man, I don’t even know where to begin, I went in nervous not knowing what to expect, however as soon as I got there Noah immediately came to my aide, I explained to him that I needed more room for my family and he immediately had all the facts and stats for everything on the lot. Junior Duncan was an amazing salesman to work with. We were helping our daughter buy her first car & I felt like Junior was as much concerned with her safety as we are. He made the process so simple for us. The finance department was a breeze to deal with. I never felt pressured to buy or upgrade anything. I felt informed and empowered to make this decision. There was no need for haggling on my part because I was getting such a great deal from the start. I left the dealership feeling like I’d made money! Junior has definitely earned our repeat business!
