The Service Technician could not find the Wheel Lock Key to rotate the tires. I told him where to find it, yet he still could not. Its very surprising that a dealership would not have a universal wheel lock key - every other GM dealership I have received service at has had a universal key. There was little to no effort to look for the key - It was exactly where I told them it was. The wheels were not rotated, will not go back here again.

I will not be using this dealership again for my service needs which I have since I purchased my vehicle. I made an online appointment and dropped my vehicle off the night before. I received a call the following morning saying that I should have not made my appointment online but instead called in. The agent told me that my truck will have to be kept for six months to be diagnosed. He stated if I would have called and made an appointment I would have known that. I have always made my appointments online and if that was the case it should be stated on the website when making your appointments. I didn’t like the agent attitude and was he very insensitive to my needs as a customer. Really who can drop their vehicle off for 6 months, a vehicle that a payment is still due on every month! I know there has to be another alternative but I was not given one. No loaner was available either from what the agent said. I have never had a problem before but this has left a very bad taste in my mouth. So I will ride across town for now on and have my truck serviced elsewhere.

This was the worst experience of my life. I worked a 12 hour shift and drove 30 minutes to get an oil change and balance straight from work. My appointment was at 1pm, they took my car right away, FINALLY, a little after 5pm, my car was “complete”. I get down the street and my car is riding horribly, check my tires psi and discover that the tech was so busy trying to flirt that he forgot to put air in them. It took me TWENTY minutes just to turn around due to 5 o clock traffic to get air in my tires. I get my and proceed to drive 40 minutes home and as soon as I hit the highway, I notice my car is now doing MORE bouncing instead of less. I know for a fact that my tires were not rotated and balanced. Make it home and my car sounds loud and does this weird vibration, before the, “oil change” my car was very quiet. It had NEVER done this before so I’m not even sure if the oil change was done or if it was done correctly. It’s been a been a week now of driving a vehicle that feels like the wheels are wobbly and going to fall off and I have yet to get a response. I’ve called, left a voicemail, texted and still nothing. Because of my hours, I don’t have the time and gas to just drive 30 minutes just to waste my time. This is very frustrating and UNSAFE!!

I had an appt for an oil change & prior to visiting I had gone through the car wash so my car was clean. I thought it would look good for the dealership to have nice cars at service since times are hard right now. My service was completed rather quickly but whoever serviced my car had greasy hands (yes I know mechanics get greasy). It wasn't so bad but they touched every surface. There were hand prints on the hood, both front doors, the interior door handle & window switch, the steering wheel, the glove box since I had a cabin filter changed too, the gear shifter etc... I spent the rest of the evening not enjoying my car, but cleaning it. Not impressed with this at all.

They treated me amazing. I have never had such a flawless experience with purchasing a vehicle. I inquired about the vehicle, very quick response, was open to my negotiation and met my needs. When I arrived at the dealership, my truck was completely detailed and ready to go. The paperwork was ready and the e sign process was flawless. The finance department explained everything in detail and answered my questions. Once everything was finalized, the representative activated my On-Star, and explained every option on the truck in detail. Derek was the at the forefront of each step during the process, which made it smooth. I trust you guys and have already recommended you to my peers and family

I know for any business job security is extremely hard to come by. I feel like the service is decent but could be better. I spent over 1k back in July for repairs and it hasn’t been a month and the car requires more work. It would be beneficial if they actually checked and run all test to be sure everything is working properly. I thought that is what most major dealerships guaranteed. Being without a car really changes plans one may have. And I know employees may be out sick but hire more people who are trained/certified to do the same task if they are out. It just seems weird and very suspicious to me now since I had time to think about it. Just my honest thoughts since I kept getting the email to do a review.

This was my second purchase, and both times Derek Strickland was my salesman. He made my experience memorable and enjoyable because he totally related to all my concerns about the Corvette purchase. I’m buying from out of state and Kevin has made the paperwork easy to understand and complete. All in all, another awesome experience!!

It was the best vehicle purchase experience I have ever had..and I've bought a LOT of vehicles! They were friendly, helpful and responsive. Delivery was as smooth as it could be. The biggest plus was that they honored my GM Family First discount even when every other dealer in the Southeast told because of supply they were not participating. Thank you John Thornton Chevrolet for doing the right thing even when you didn't have to. I am a customer for life!
