Quinn was phenomenal She was very knowledgeable about the products and services that AT&T offers and she made sure that all of our questions were answered. She was also very patient with us, because we unknowingly arrived shortly before closing, but she walked us through the transfer process until completion! Thanks Quinn! You ROCK!!

Quinn is so nice, efficient and amazing. She greeted us as she opened the store and it was very nice Inside. In just a few minutes she had remedied my phone problems and the gentleman before me. We were amazed at how quickly she was able to troubleshoot our problems. Thank you Quinn!

Just had the worst experience I’ve ever had At an AT&T store. The store associates name was Quinn and she was terrible. Not only was she rude she couldn’t help me with the smallest issue that any other employee in the United States could most certainly fix. She may as well me a door greeter for them.

Stopped by on Memorial day. Paper on the door said they had adjusted hours for the holiday 10-6. By 10:45 store was still closed.

The management at this store is excellent, great customer service very friendly and it didn’t take long for me to be helped. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and was helped as soon as possible. Definitely a great experience and I will be back!

This is the worst store I have ever been in I rush in traffic to pay the at&t bill and after paying several times here now they do take cash WT???? while the clerk is eating her lunch she tells me they're under investigation. Whatever....I see why there's never anyone in there!! Never again!

Jalen and Sim were the two most professional people I have ever met at an AT&T store, I was headed to another store in Marietta but I turned around and these two gentlemen gets an (A plus), they can lead by example and they also gave me my military discount, AT&T you should have these guys training others on how to be courteous at your store. I visited AT&T store No. K233, 570 Thornton Rd. in Lithia Springs today in order to make a bill payment. I also requested info regarding my current services and a possible upgrade. The staff was very courteous, respectful, and quite knowledgeable about AT&T's products and services. I commend them on their customer service and the time they took to detail my requests. It would be awesome to have that type of experience at all of the stores.

I’m giving 5 stars to the exceptional customer service I received from both James (Manager) and Morgan (Sales Representative). They were extremely professional, friendly patient and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this location. We even had quite a few laughs.
