The people are nice but the van was horrible, it smelled like an ashtray which kicked off a 3 day migraine for me and I asked them before I left to switch out the van and they said they couldn’t it was all they had. I called the 1-800 number and after 2.5 hours of trying to get help all I was told was drive to the airport, that would have been almost 3 hours of driving and it was late so that was t an option. I’m not sure who’s cleaning these cars but they need new training. Besides the smoke the van had ants in it, sand all in it and we found other peoples personal items. When I pulled out of the hertz lot “service needed, take to dealership “ popped up that’s great. It was very obvious that no one at Hertz was concerned about the condition of the van that I paid way too much to rent but I will never make that mistake again. Use enterprise

I can here to get a car to go to my brothers graduation and they were very nice and very affordable options for what you need. The car came clean and presentable the reason I had to take one star though is because it was memorial weekend and they didn’t tell us anything about bring the car back and we had to pay I think a extra 20 dollars because we kept it a couple days longer because they were closed and it was memorial weekend so.

Do not rent from this location. Terrible customer service. Cars are behind on maintainence. They also smell like smoke. Even if you have a reservation you will be waiting over an hr for them to clean a vehicle. And dont have a discount code or cdp code. They will not allow you to use it. The manager Devine is the worst. Believe all of the reviews. I”ll just rent from the airport

This is the worst Hertz rental car location. The attitude of the staff is extremely demeaning, and they are useless. The reviews stated below are true. As I was walking in there was a upset customer. The manager is worst than the employees. I can truly see why they are a 2.4 rating. Either shut this location down, or turn over a completely new staff. Please don't mistake my 1 star for a rating I would give NO STARS if possible. Please take heed to other reviews everyone is saying the same thing!!! By the way, any review above 3 starts is fabricated, if you ever visited this location then you would know that to be a fact.

I was trying to rent a car from them through Experion. What they failed to do was mention in their ad that along with the rental cost, a deposit was needed just the same. It could have saved me the embarrassment and time of going to Hertz to rent a car. It was my very first time trying to rent a car.

I went here because I saw some great prices for the sedans but once I got there this lady that worked there said if you want to use your debit card then you have to have a 700 credit score and they check credit there. I told her no I didn’t want to do that and she said well then you have to use your credit card. I called Enterprise in Hiram and had outstanding customer service and they don’t check credit in order for you to rent a car. Please don’t go here if you can help it.

Had a rental due to my car being stolen, 1st car was way overdue for oil change, I returned it and yep the same exact issue, , The workers were ok, no real issues with them, Just the maintenance for the vehicles need a little more attention. The second car smelled so bad we got sick.

Booked a rental online and was told what time to show up to pick up the car. Showed up and the staff at the front desk told me there was no car to give me. I told them I wanted proof that they cancelled my reservation if they couldn’t give me a car and they said their printer was down. A few days later, my card was charged for the reservation. I called and spoke with the manager, who said he would have it fixed. The money was never put back in my account and no one at the office is willing to help. These people will scam you out your money and not think twice about it. Go somewhere else!

I rented a cargo van from this place 6 days before. 10 minutes before my pick up time, they called saying all vans were on hold and they were looking for one for me. Two hours later I called and nothing to be found. I had hotels and time off work already taken care of to remove the belongings from my deceased father's storage room. Ended up driving my 20 yo truck to do the unloading in multiple trips. Not happy, and after my experience, I do not recommend.

Completely unprofessional very little help and support from the front desk including the manager. Had to make a formal complaint regarding to my situation. Thankfully customer service was able to help me by honoring my original rate. Warning!! if you book online the front desk will completely dismiss you! apparently booking online is separate then booking over the phone or directly through Hertz don't expect much help if you've booked online. The manager made it very clear he does not deal with Online reservations.. it's not his job apparently.smh He will literally direct you to customer service support if you have any questions or concerns. he will not Answer any questions Or advise you in any way Besides Providing you a phone number You already have in your reservation be prepared to figure it out by yourself. Never again!
