Arrived 20 minutes after closing (was booked for 5 but didn't know they closed at 5), nevertheless the manager Wynrick went absolutely out of his way to let us in after closing. He could have refused to serve us and would be well within his rights to do so. His decision saved us a lot of time, money and grief. Also big shoutout to Mykeil for providing us with flawless service with a great attitude even if he had to work longer than his shift required him. Has a very positive energy. They got us into a better car than we booked and the whole experience was smooth as butter. Would definitely recommend 10/10 - Photo is not clicked at the location

I got in a car accident and have just returned my rental after having it for over a month. Let me say, the employees here are fantastic. There's something about their system that whenever I needed to renew it, they could not email a receipt, so I had to go in person (more of a enterprise issue overall than this branch). But every single time I did, the guys were so pleasant and were more than happy to help. Special shout out to Myke, Wynrick, and Brandon! They made this terrible ordeal of a car accident into a much more positive experience; their dedication and fun-loving attitudes made my week every week.

It’s always nice when I need to rent a vehicle from Brookhaven location. Costumer service is always great from Wynrick and also great when I return Mykeil made check out as smooth as can be. This is my preferred location.

First time I've rented with Enterprise in a while since my company has corporate rates with Avis and Hertz. However this location is walking distance from my house, which is a really convenient time saver. I worked with the same two young gentlemen at the counter when I picked-up and dropped-off. They were very friendly each time. Great customer facing representatives for Enterprise. I was in and out in minutes. Car was pretty new and trouble-free. The price was cheaper than at other nearby rental agencies too. I was driving back from Tennessee after meetings ran late. So I dropped-off past my reservation time. Unlike other companies, they didn't nickel-&-dime me on that. Will definitely be back to make sure we keep a local rental place in business!

I just called to ask about rental availability and the girl that answered (who was by the way very unprofessional as all she said was “hello” with no formal greeting and failed to give her name) acted as if she was dumb founded that I called Enterprise to ask about a rental car. I’m going through my insurance company and she didn’t even ask for any information, she just goes” no we don’t have availability, how about next week?” and didn’t even give a specific day next week, as if I have the leisurely option to just sit around waiting until sometime next week to get a car. What about work and any prior obligations I may have? Absolutely ridiculous.

If you enjoy outdated technology and rude employees as well as a manager this is your place. My car window was bashed in and my wallet stolen requiring me to get a repair and rental car. They refused to accept Apple Pay or a family member under my safe insurance claim’s card over the phone. When i tried to use my fiancé’s credit card they told me the rental would have to be put in his name which wasn’t possible as my rental was through State Farm. The manager and employee were rude and dismissive, clearly felt they had better things to do than the jobs they are paid for with how quickly they told me my business was not welcome there. They made it very clear they would rather not have to deal with a customer than secure business or treat potential customers with respect.

I don't often write reviews but I regularly rent from Enterprise (most weeks) for out of town business trips. I find they are very professional, responsive and generally very easy to deal with. I typically rent vehicles first thing in the morning when they open and return the vehicles after hours and have never had a problem. The staff is always friendly and efficient. They give me know reason to consider a competitor.

I recently rented a car from this location. Overall, the guy I met to pick up the car was very friendly and the car worked fine. The car did have some issues in the interior. It had a strong odor from someone smoking in it and some areas did not look like they had been cleaned. After returning the car, I informed Management of the issue. They were very easy to work with, and very reasonable in finding a resolution to the problem (i.e. providing discount). I would rent from this location again.
