Earlier this week, our practically brand new car was hit by debris…destroying the windshield. Calls to State Farm, several glass companies and Tesla, soon revealed that the notorious supply chain issues will result in a 6-8 week wait for a windshield replacement. Since we had a trip to Augusta and an eye surgery planned, we asked our insurance to arrange a rental. They set us up very close to home, with Enterprise on Ted Turner. We were greeted by Noah, before we even got inside. He told us to make ourselves at home and he would be inside to help us soon. It was obvious that he was working alone and he had several customers. He handled each situation like a pro; explaining everyone’s insurance coverage and car options. There appeared to be some complications for some of the customers, but he stayed so calm and helpful. Due to my husband’s pending surgery, we needed an option to drop off the car at a time that the Ted Turner location will be closed. Noah gave us several options at other locations; alleviating our stress and concerns quickly. We are well aware of the shortage of employees and public complaints about customer service. Noah could not have been any more professional or efficient. We’ve rented from Enterprise many times, but we were unaware of this location until today. We will definitely be back!

The Enterprise rent a car is a small lot that is not open on Saturdays and Sundays. I was able to reserve a suv a few months ahead of time that I needed. I received a call the night before I was scheduled to pick up the car to let me know that they did not have any suvs and would I mind coming in one hour later to pick up the car. That was fine with me. When I arrived I was greeted and the staff was waiting on another person. She then waited on me and checked me in with no problem. She checked the car then came back in to tell me that the check engine light came on when she started the car. Would I mind taking a minivan instead for the same amount, in fact she would give me a discount! The Chrysler minivan was a hybrid! Yippee. Better mileage. Great service! Great deal! Car rides very smoothly

The Agent's were friendly but deceptive I rented from this location, due to an Auto accident. The vehicle received should have been in the repair shop 1 the front beam light was out.2. The oil light keep coming on. The 2nd vehicle had something hanging from underneath that dragged the street when driving. I received a Damaged Bill for the first vehicle in which theres a bullet hole in the front grill The vehicle was inspected and returned on the due date. I was asked if I'd like to keep the vehicle. My answer was NO, again emphasizing the vehicle had issues. I then rented a second vehicle which was also damaged and doesn't appear on my rented contract, Why Not, is my question. My attorney has this information Bottom Line Don't Rent from this LOCATION!!!

They were very busy when I came thru but Khadija was holding it down with hustle and grace. Allstate (who has been a nightmare on my claim) messed up the reservation but Enterprise was still able to get me in a vehicle.

My experience at the Ted Turner Enterprise location was the most seamless rental experience that I have ever had. I was refereed to this location after an accident and was dreading going to pick up. When I arrived, Khadijah promptly serviced me. I passed over my credit card and ID and completed a guided inspection of the vehicle and was out of there. This entire process took about 5 minutes. 5 minutes, no exaggeration!!!! I could not believe the process went that fast. The car was clean and in great condition. The communication from this office over several weeks made my physical recovery and financial losses so much easier. Returning the vehicle was just as fast and simple. This staff clearly cares about customer service. Follow instructions and bring the right payment/identification and I honestly believe you'd receive the same level of service. Thank you guys! I'll be back for a vacation rental next time :)

Was an absolute NIGHTMARE! Was in bad tech was hit & run that caused me to flip then roll down side of mountain. Employees didn’t want to work WAS THE WORST! As a registered disabled I’m limited to the amount of time I can spend in the sun as I was throwing up after the 2.6hr wait due to my aids medication. Staff was Rude, not a solution oriented one in sight at your college park location. Was all paid by my insurance company was harassed by tella bill collectors calling me every day and never got my initial deposit back even though they said it was issued. Then I have small charges after car was returned. As month later they had taken another 15$ out of my bank. Will be sticking with my usual car renter service. Rather pay a little more to have better customer service

Horrible experience this go around. I used this location a number of times,however this will definitely my last. New people that aren't knowledgeable and will inconvenience you. I came in to renew my contract however the guy wanted me to resubmit documentation. No problem if I would've know this ahead of time. I didn't do that when initially got the rental. They charged both my Capital One and my Navy Federal card for the deposit and fees but said that they would only keep my card on file and it wouldn't be charged. Overall experience and customer service was a non satisfactory. I have a receipt that proves that my deposit was put on my Navy Fed. Instead of the C.C. I'm assuming they do what they want ,when they want for whomever. Never Again!

I did quite a bit of research and reading reviews before I booked at this location. I needed a car because of a conference for work, and wanted a good experience with a clean, dependable car. This Enterprise location checked all those boxes. I only felt slightly annoyed at the push to get me to buy additional insurance, but I understand that is the employee's job and he completed all the paperwork as I wanted—no tricks or inconsistencies like I read other people experienced at different companies at the airport. I was able to get my car at this location and then return it at the airport before I flew out, which was very much appreciated. This location called me the day after I returned my car to check on my experience and give me the final total, which was exactly the amount quoted. I would rent from this location again—great experience and no complaints.
