Will was extremely helpful. He took the time to check all my tires, including my spare tire, to locate the problem. My spare tire needed air,and then added air. A wonderful experience. The next time I need tires, I know where I'll be purchasing them. .Great serve.

Dealt with Steve here!! Spoke over the phone to get things squared away that the website had misaligned and he was great!! Great customer service Great work on installing all 4 new tires and an alignment at a really good price after looking around! All in all good service station at least for getting tire service as thats al I got done. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody located in Northridge! Salute to Steve and the staff that made sure I was taken care of!!

I had to wait an additional hour because Steve let another client who came in after I did, cut ahead and take my spot. I overhead them talking, and Steve initially said that there was another person (me) ahead of her who also had a oil change, but then he decided to take her car first anyway. I had called and booked ahead, so it was infuriating seeing someone walk in after me with no appointment, come and leave with their car while I ended up having to wait way past the estimated time.

I've been here twice. The first time I had to purchase a used tire for an 09 camry and that cost me around $25 had a good experience. Would give it 4 to 5 stars. Went in today 5/26/21 and the owner/manager wasn't there so I asked the worker how much he charge to swap my a tire I have with one of the rear ones. He wanted $25 for that. $25 is an absurd amount of money to swap out a tire. Granted he wasn't the person in charge so maybe he just gave a random price. Perhaps the owner/manager would give you a different price. Edit: did not ask for a balancing when I asked for the service. Always ask upfront how much the service will be.

Amazing service! I was on my way from Fresno to Carlsbad when my car started overheating. Called in an hour away and when I showed up Steve took my car right back to check it out. After cooling it down, he realized the radiator was empty and filled it for me. Not only did he not charge me for the coolant or the labor, he gave my daughter a cute teddy bear! We were in and out in 30 minutes and I could not have been happier! Thank you SO much, Steve!

I came here the first time because my girlfriend's tire was flat unexpectedly one morning. I brought her car in and they replaced it with a new tire in no time at all!! Super fast and amazing prices and service. Came back a week later with my car and needed a tire replaced because it had a bulb on the side of it, and of course same service and price! This is the place to come to for tires and if there is something other than tires you need he just mention it and if he can't fix it he knows someone who can.

Came to replace all 4 tires prior to a cross-country trip. They checked and topped up all fluids and did an inspection of the car mechanics. (Brakes, etc.) For free as well. Appointment was very quick and professional. Highly recommend.

Beware! The manager Steve promised 2 hours to replace 4 tires and 5 sensors on our Lexus. We waited and waited and he completed the job after more than 3 hours. Sadly, the 5 tire sensors did not work and now we need to return tomorrow so it can fixed. It was not fixed and we had to come back on Saturday for 4 more hours to fix the sensors. He was rude and did not even apologize. Poor service! The whole team was not wearing face masks and some customers were allowed not to wear masks in the tiny and dirty waiting area. No sanitizers available. COVID safety protocols are not followed. Very unsafe and irresponsible! The owner replied below to email the location email which does NOT exist! You can call us as you have our cell phone on the invoice if you are sincere. Steve replies on Yelp that he told us to leave the car and also they wear mask. No apology but blame the customer, be untruthful and do not take responsibility. We seek to understand Steve but in vain.
