I returned several items in the store and there was this rude b**** worker that was harassing me about my returns and kept making very disrespectful comments. Best customer service ever!

After gone to Albertson's supermarket for some groceries, including strawberries (these were awful, few containers with what appeared to be old, mushi and not fresh strawberries.) I decided to give Target a chance and see how good their produce were. I found lots of fresh and clean strawberries; as well as very clean groceries area. I might start shopping for my groceries at Target, which is just across from the Albertson's supermarket.

This is usually my go-to Target, but the solicitors on the parking level are quite aggressive. It's always a different team they ask for you to support. I understand them trying to raise for a cause, but the amount of times they nearly step in front of you before you get into the building to get your attention is way too often. There was a time where I overheard a lady buying chocolate from them, but the other guy told her the funds were separate and asked her to buy another chocolate for his team as well. The Target itself is great. Mostly clean and has the stuff I look for in stock. If you need help - the staff are very friendly and is willing to help out if you have any questions.

This is a great Target, there is a large covered parking garage which is always a bonus in LA (especially SFV). It's a one floor location despite it appearing like 2 from the outside (the bottom is all parking). Still, it's a solid Target with all the bases covered. Usually the stock is kept pretty well here. I have a bad back so I use the Drive Up order feature for larger items and it is SO helpful (we love accessibility)!!!

Man was I pleased with todays customer service .. considering how busy they are right now . I can’t believe how unbelievably easy it was to pick up an online order. Karen , one of the reps on the floor near the pick up area was so quick. It took less than 5 minutes from the minute she scanned my bar code right up until I got my order! Give that girl a raise ! Lol today!!

This location may seek tucked away, but it is wonderful. They always have what you need and the employees are always friendly and willing to help. The parking lot may not be as big as others, but there is always parking. It is easy to get to, see and whenever you come in, you cannot help but walk around.

One stop shopping, this Target is very clean and neat also not crowded. Got everything I needed and the help was very nice with me answering all my questions with a smile!

During these COVID Times it is hard to find locations that don't have mile long lines to get in. Went 4 days before Christmas 🎄 to do some early Christmas Shopping... they had everything I needed as well as adequate staff, no wait to get in, unlike the local mall which was a mess. Parking was easy, recommend you park on Nordoff Street side near Burger King to avoid any traffic issues.
