Service is great, my products came out amazing! I order business cards and a retractable sign. Both came out better than I could have envisioned. Rod was extremely patient with the informational corrections I needed to make along the way. Sean was extremely gracious in taking time to teach me how to open and collapse my signs! Purchased 4 new tires here a few months ago. Service was phenomenal. It was a very busy day, but I was in & out in no time. Recently visited because they sent me an email that I was due for a tire rotation (my vehicle maintenance light was on as well). I booked an appointment online for same day rotation. I checked in a little early and waited outside in the shaded chairs near the bay. Was able to watch the tires get rotated and was out of there in about 20-30 minutes with no charge, as it was included in my purchase. Fast & friendly service. Lobby is consistently clean. I definitely recommend. ~Jamie

I've never felt better getting service and knowing the job is done correctly and accurately. The superb manager Rigo I've known for 5 years and has done service on my Range Rovers every visit. He goes above and beyond taking care of my wheels. Many of these quick service places want to get you in, take your keys and pressure you and sell you everything under the sun (you know the dusty air filter some places scold you about) but I've never felt this pressure here with this crew. They do not do that here. They are honest and TOP NOTCH. Love good business with local community and that's the grace of this place. Thanks Rigo!!! -Drew A. This location may seek tucked away, but it is wonderful. They always have what you need and the employees are always friendly and willing to help. The parking lot may not be as big as others, but there is always parking. It is easy to get to, see and whenever you come in, you cannot help but walk around. ~Mehron

I donโt go into stores too often these days but I went in this afternoon for a specific item. The associate at the counter was calling another store for a customer and Taylor approached me and asked if I needed help. She was very nice and found the backpack I was looking for. Very pleasant store shopping experience. I will return. ~Mitchie

The staff here were totally paranoid and very unhelpful. After I stepped in with my mask on the woman who had opened the door yelled at me "Pull your mask over your nose!" No please or any attempt to treat me like a customer. I pulled the mask over my nose and stepped in the staff ran away further from me like I had a gun! What do you want? I told them and and they yelled that it couldn't be done. I knew it could be since my branch had done it for me before plus I had been told by customer service to go to that branch and get a temporary card. ~Reiko

I am a disabled Veteran (lost my left leg). There are times such as now when the prosthesis causes sores on the residual limb which makes getting around both difficult and painful. The employees know the I have this problem. My fiancee whom they have seen many times, went to the bank today with a deposit and the debit card to get a little cash for the weekend. By mistake she typed the wrong PIN number in the machine and it kept tthe card. No one would give her back the card, even though she reminded them of my missing leg etc. So I asked her to ask someone in the bank to call me so they could verify that I am the account holder. They refused to call me and said they didn't care how difficult it was for me to physically get to thr bank, they were not giving her the card. I then called the bank and talked to someone with a foreign accent who basically said, come in and sign to get the card back or we'll just keep it. I told them what I thought of their non-bending policy and their obvious lack of respect for Veterans. I am closing the account in this very uncaring and unpatriotic Bank. All reading this and having an account at this unAmerican institution should close their account as well. ~Richard

Terrible Customer Service. The first time I called they picked up, said nothing for a minute then hung up on me. Next time I asked a simple question and the her/she/they put me on hold... I am 9 minutes and counting ~Susan
