Terrible Customer Service. The first time I called they picked up, said nothing for a minute then hung up on me. Next time I asked a simple question and the her/she/they put me on hold... I am 9 minutes and counting

Rude customer service and bank manager, waited in line for a check deposit almost 45 minutes. Placed my check on hold more than 10 days. I'm not gonna do any transaction or deposit in this branch any more. I am also considering closing my account.
