It is bad service. I have an appointment at 11am and I have to wait 45 minutes to see Mrs. Grace. She disrespects me. I put 1 star because I cannot put 0 star.

The staff here were totally paranoid and very unhelpful. After I stepped in with my mask on the woman who had opened the door yelled at me "Pull your mask over your nose!" No please or any attempt to treat me like a customer. I pulled the mask over my nose and stepped in the staff ran away further from me like I had a gun! What do you want? I told them and and they yelled that it couldn't be done. I knew it could be since my branch had done it for me before plus I had been told by customer service to go to that branch and get a temporary card.

Customer Service is terrible, long wait times and they failed to acknowledge me while sitting there. Don't bank here. You will be disappointed. So many people, no help.

Horrible customer service. Came in to cash my state check the gentleman who did not have a name tag or even a name post on his window deposited the check then put a hold on it. When I explained it's a state check and that I didn't want him to deposit but cash it he played dumb as if he didn't hear me . And told me he cant do anything about. I asked to speak to manager on was not available she was with a client and asked me if she can call me back as it will take a while this branch is always short staffed and the the staff her barely understands anything you are talking about. Never coming back to this branch horrible service.

Very long wait... Every time when I have to go here only 1-2 tellers are working. Is it really hard to hire more people? 🤔 Lines are long. People are always kind and helpful here on another hand but unfortunately this is the only branch nearby and I have to be here

This is absolutely the most DISGUTING place I ever heard of. My fiancé has been with Citibank for so many years! He came in today TO CASH IN HIS CHECK FROM HIS COMPANY! THEY TOLD MY FIANCE THAT THEY DIDN’T BELIEVE HE MAKES THAT MUCH AND DENIED HIM!! THE TELLER HERE TOOK HIS CHECK AND MADE A PHOTOCOPY OF IT AND TOLD HIS MANAGER HE THOUGHT IT WAS FAKE! WHEN MY FIANCE STOOD UP FOR HIMSELF CITIBANK MANAGER CALLED THE COPS ON HIM!! AND IT TOOK THE ACCOUTING DEPARTMENT FROM HIS COMPANY TO CONTACT THEM TO CASH HIS CHECK. THEN THEY CALLED THE COPS BACK LETTING THEM KNOW NOT TO COME. MY FIANCE COULD HAVE BEEN IN JAIL FOR DOING NOTHING BUT TRUSTING HIS “BANK” TO CASH HIS CHECK FROM HIS OWN COMPANY. DON’T GO HERE! WE CAN SUE FOR THINGS LIKE THIS!! THE TELLER HERE NEVER APOLOGIZED AND WAS SUPER DISRESPECTFUL! DO NOT COME HERE!!!! HOPE THIS PLACE GETS SHUT DOWN FOR BEING DISGUSTING PEOPLE.

Every time I pass one of these banks, I say "That's my bank" I love Mona and Erson Flores because they're very helpful and they treat me like ME, a real person, not just a regular customer. I've built great relationships with them and the branch.

I like coming here for the drive-thru ATM. I have not banked inside, but maybe will consider it. It does look like a nice place, though.
