Terrible experience today walked in with 2 of my friends after school to buy a gift for my mom and right as I walked in this middle aged black lady kicked us out saying “no no get out “ !! We were like whatttt did she think we were trying to steal what do we look like stealing 🙁 terrible experience would not recommend this place

Truly HORRIBLE experience for the start of walking in with my sister’s, son and I!!! I decided to use the restroom before doing our shopping, I was immediately dismissed and was told to “use a public restroom”. I told the retail worker that I was going to do some shopping afterwards “so, what seems to be the problem?”. The woman did not reply, just seemed annoyed and rolled her eyes. As I walked out of the restroom the same lady with the bulging eyes was mean-mugging my son and I. I confronted her and told her not to be looking at my son that way. I left the store extremely disappointed and no longer eager to do any shopping! Manager needs to get involved, there was no good customer service from her, she was rude and disrespectful! And definitely needs some work!

I am never shopping here again. This lady who helped me wasn't even nice and seemed very petty. She was an older woman probably well into here 50s with a very nasally voice, glasses and a bob cut with bad highlights. The clothes she was trying to offer me weren't even what I was looking for. Also the fabric seems very cheaply made considering how much they are charging for it.

I have been to the Kent Station location a few times. Every time I have been the associates are friendly and willing to help find the style and size and start a dressing room for you. If it's not available, they can order the style and size you want at the register. The place is clean and updated with the new styles regularly. Have yet to have a bad experience at this location.

I went in thinking it would be expensive, but it was not. I bought a pair of pants because the ones I had on were falling down, due to my weight loss.

Disappointing customer service experience today, unlike positive past experiences. 5 Employees to 2 Customers. One person said hello as I entered the store, great. But no one spoke to me the rest of time. No one asked if I was looking for something in particular. No one offered to take my clothes to a dressing room, as they have in the past. When I went to check out, the ladies at the counter finished their conversation before assisting me. Considering I purchased 2 pairs of slacks for $150.00; I would think I would be more valued as a customer. Future purchases will be made online, or elsewhere.
