It’s a store without much personality or friendliness . I was attracted to the linen Capri blind trouser and within 15 minutes wearing them around the house they’re extremely wrinkled and baggy. I Had taken the tags off, and when I called the store to ask what to deal with these two pair of trousers, the sales person was very cold and said ‘sorry have a nice day, We can’t help you. That’s why I shop at Nordstrom’s. The return policy is flawless

I visited the store on Saturday and wanted to buy a shirt and skirt set, I asked the staff working there if there’s any discount on these items. The only guy working in the store then was really open and frank and told me there’s a sale on Tuesday and I should come get them then. But then one of the other two lady staff said no none of the two pieces ever go on sale. I end up buying them with 15% discount after signing up for texting promo, only to receive text messages 3 days later telling me the exact same shirt is on sale 25% off. I found the whole experience off putting and honestly don’t see myself shop in this store again.

The assistant at this place helped us place an order to ship a coat and a top to my home address. He messed up with the address apparently, the address shown on FedEx approval of delivery is Bellevue, WA. And that's it. When I contacted Vince about it on the tenth day following FedEx so called delivered date, Vince said that because it is outside of the 10 days window, they are not going to do anything. Almost a thousand dollars of order. Do you still like this brand after hearing this ridiculous thing that just happened?

The employees are very rude and not kind. I visit today , looks like there is new employees. They need some educate for the costumer . Vince company need to focus that .

The employees don’t really care. I wanted to try on a pair of pants. I needed a size 4, but the guy worked on 1/7/2020 said he would have to take it off from the mannequin. So I said I will try whatever size available on the shelf then. I tried 6, but it was too big for me. I asked if I could try either 2 or 4. He then asked which one because he had to take if off from the mannequin. He kept emphasizing the fact that he had to take it off from the mannequin and didn’t sound like he was interested in helping me. I was definitely interested in getting the pair if I had the right size, but the customer service was really poor. Never coming back.
