He’s one of those guys that will look over after you rent it looking to charge you for something. I would literally never come near this place again. He made me late for a big meeting and wouldn’t rent me his trailer because I had a dent on my bumper. Absolutely nothing structural. Just went to the next U-Haul and got a trailer. Do yourself a favor and go to literally anyone in the area but him. Still hasn’t processed my refund either.

Rented a 15ft truck with a car carrier. While loading the vehicle on the car carrier I noticed that the two front tires were in unsafe condition. One side the tread was separated down to the belts. The other side the tread was separating. Glad I caught it before we drive across the country. After 3/4 of a day they finally replaced the tires. We got a late start. The next day, the brakes and power steering failed. I was lucky to get the vehicle stopped. Not a good situation. So far I have had any compensation or resolution from uhaul or this dealer for being put in this unsafe situation.
