My fiance and I love this place. It is the perfect small town grocery with all the essentials. I must admit our favorite section is the made in store dinners. The selection is huge and the quality is amazing. On nights when we both work and don't feel like cooking this gives us the feel of a home cooked meal without the work or the cleanup. Not to mention we each get what we want including our daughter who is such a picky eater. All of the workers are so polite and helpful and it is so nice to see that there are still some places that value quality over quantity ~Elizabeth

I am posting two reviews for two arrangements sent through Urban Floral based in Wolcott, CT (and I was ordering from Boston and I wanted a local florist) : June 2, 2022: Second photo attachment: My sister-in-law was hospitalized at St Mary's Hospital, Waterbury, for several days for trigeminal neuralgia, which is very painful. When she was discharged to go home to Prospect, I ordered a colorful bouquet, the designer's choice arrangement, and Jorge was very helpful and I knew that he would put together a stunning arrangement. The flowers cheered up my sister-in-law and she was touched by the gesture. She sent me a photo so I could see the arrangement, which was equally beautiful to arrangements that I have ordered in the past from Urban Floral in Wolcott, CT. I highly recommend buying from this Business. Their customer service is excellent, and I will be back many times over. Thank you Urban Florist and Jorge for your creativity and putting a smile on my sister-in-law's face! (First Photo Attachment): May 7, 2022: I called and spoke with Jorge on Mother's Day weekend for a bouquet for my Mom's best friend, who I visited and took out to lunch on the Friday, May 6, 2022 before Mother's day weekend. I had tried several florists and they all said that they were at capacity with orders for Mother's Day. Jorge took the order, and I asked for a cheerful array of flowers, and attached is the photo, which is one of the most amazing arrangements that I have ever sent. Jorge is professional, an excellent listener, and delivered on time, and even called afterwards to let me know that the arrangement was dropped off. My Mom's best friend is 96 years young and was thrilled! This is one of the best florists that I have ever done business. If I could give Jorge 10 stars he would get this rating! Superb! He’s one of those guys that will look over after you rent it looking to charge you for something. I would literally never come near this place again. He made me late for a big meeting and wouldn’t rent me his trailer because I had a dent on my bumper. Absolutely nothing structural. Just went to the next U-Haul and got a trailer. Do yourself a favor and go to literally anyone in the area but him. Still hasn’t processed my refund either. ~Eugene

Average Chinese food. The rice was good. The general tso chicken was like a clump of batter, the chicken sticks had a weird taste may be the seasoning or perhaps the freshest. ~Rafael

Very clean, organized and large variety. Employees were polite, but could have been friendlier. Great place for getting gifts for a smoker, or incense lover. Definitely worth checking out, even if your not into smoking, still a awesome shop with other novalties. ~Sherri
