After a very stressful week of moving, we needed last minute U-Haul help, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! It was so easy and they were so friendly! So happy that they were able to help us out and make our lives a little bit easier.

We had an appointment to pick up a U-Haul truck at 6am this morning. The owner didn’t show up till 6:50 and then proceeded to sit in his truck for 45 minutes with a parking lot full of unhappy customers waiting to get their U-Haul trucks. He then expected us to still be back at our original scheduled drop off time. I would not go back here again.
