Please oh please update or fix your phone system! I could barely hear the pharmacy staff because the static is so loud, you have to turn the volume way down to not blast an eardrum but you then cannot hear them talk. They said it was the same from their end. Not good at all and it’s been this way for quite some time. The on hold music is the same, it’s very loud popping and static but if you turn it down you cannot hear when someone picks back up. I try to do most online but some calls are unfortunately necessary.

First time I was here. I was able to get in and get out with what I needed in under 5 minutes. Store was stocked, organized, clean, and well lit. The staff was friendly and helpful. The manager had TWO, that's right TWO registers staffed!! And the staff behind the registers knew how to keep the line moving! Amazing experience, something I took for granted in 2000. Who would have thought, walk into a shop, buy something, and get out, without some baloney.

I switched to Gales Ferry and what a difference!!! Some of the longevity Pharmacy Techs are amazingly rude at GROTON!! Obviously they are so overwhelmed but please find your kindness WHEN working with the public. They are not a branch of the DEA nor the MD. We all know that they are just techs with tudes. I started a new med and I am having stomach pain. I HAPPENED to be in Groton so I figured I would ask a question. I asked the Tech to speak with the Pharmacist at 230pm on the 22nd about it. She asked what med. She asked the Pharmacist he said it's not a side effect and to call my MD. So much for Professionalism he couldn't even step over to consult section. Screamed across the Pharmacy. Here is the SCARY part I get a text video 1 hour later from CVS regarding my new med and how it CAN cause stomach pain and will subside 2 weeks or sooner. Moral to this story Groton CVS has plummetted to a non caring Pharmacy with Pharmacists AND Techs JUST collecting a paycheck. And they ALL make comments about CORPORATE making millions from COVID and staff gets nada and in turn what do they do give NADA service and continue to treat customers poorly. SAD!!!

Thursday August 4th, 2022 1:38AM the pharmacy is CLOSED!! After spending about 9 hours in the emergency room and needing important medicine and the doctor reassuring me that CVS in groton was 24 hours. I got there for the drive thru to be blocked off with c garbage can and shopping cart and a note in the entrance reading "Pharmacy Closed!" This is more than an inconvenience, it was a health risk, with not proper online warning of closure. Absolutely appalled!

If I could give the Pharmacist that “helped” me last night at 3:00 AM a zero last night I would. Never once in my career in the medical field have a dealt with someone as rude and lazy as he was. Find a new job, plenty of paces are hiring. My night in the ER with a life threatening emergency ended with me crying and puking in a bag while he waited to give my pain meds, laughed, and whistled around the pharmacy and then threatened to not give me my medicine and told me to shut up and go.

What is happening to CVS in Groton? It's a 24/7 pharmacy & store. The last couple weeks, you never know when the pharmacy and the store will be shut down. I hope the issues get fixed for everyone's sake.

I love couponing and it’s fun this 100% is the store you want to go to, fully stocked ALWAYS nice employees very helpful no attitude!!! Scan and go, just exactly what I like! the manager Alan Erica with the bangs…the old man, 2 guys for Thursday night normally I usually go (Thursday night after work or Friday morning whoever they are!! they are the besttttt!!!!!! Very niceeeee I never had an issue! mind you I have a cvs 5 mins away from me but nothing beat this store!!!!! 10/10 ❤️ It’s worth the drive

My son developed an ear infection and a prescription was called in. I was told 30 minutes by the doctor and were at three hours later and it still isn't ready. I understand that it is the night before a major holiday, but three hours is too long for any one to have to wait for medicine. I am deeply disappointed in this location.

If you want to wait on the phone for 20 minutes to ask one simple question about a medication this is the place to go!!!!! You can spend 30+ minutes in drive thru. Crazy.
