I came here with my girlfriend and she asked a representative if there were bras of her size. Instead of just answering "No sorry, but we have them online", her response was a very snarky "Ummm no, this is Victoria Secret."

It’s the slightly less expensive version of the main VS store, but in terms of quality, it actually is about the same. I bought a bra from here several years ago on sale (about $15), and it STILL fits. They also have some pretty nice toiletries and other goodies towards the check out stands.

Compared to the original Victoria's Secret store this store is fully stocked. However, the robotic greetings at the door upon entering and pushiness of sales people made me leave. I came with gift cards in hand, ready to spend! Actually...I visited twice in one week, hoping to have a different experience the second time. Two visits to this store and I left twice with no purchases because I felt claustrophobic as hell and wanted to leave the mall and order online no matter what the shipping. I hope that if I choose to visit again I have a different experience, but I wouldn't count on it. I will add, the staff was super friendly....just not the type of experience I'm looking for when I shop. I like to do my own thing until I ask for help. I don't need my hand held the entire time. Managers, please coach your staff on breaking away and being aware of customers being approached on the salesfloor so that every single associate isn't reapproaching every single customer.

Horrible customer service by the Manager Lindsy. I called before coming here to make sure they had the items I needed to return. When I hot here they didn't so clearly noone really looked as reported. Then I was lectured by the Manager Lindsy on how they could no longer look up receipts with my Angel card and then lectured ver rude and abruptly on how I should be receiving my receipts by email. So after finding out the items I purchased st full price were now on sale and I could only get 30% of what I paid. I decided to not return the items that I would contact customer service. Due to my loyalty of the company I still continued to purchase the items I wanted anyways. So after a 20 minute lecture on making sure my receipt is sent yo my email guess what. Two separate transactions and neither one was sent yo my email. Wow my mind is blown how bad of manager can you be to preach about procedure and not follow it. So now I am currently in line waiting to return the items I purchased because customer service recommend I do all I know is 23 years of loyalty to this company and I've shopped at 500 locations

The staff is so nice at helping you find the right size and pricing. They also have a pretty good sale going on right now and cute things that just dropped that look even cute in person then they did online. :)

I use to love to buy my bras here but the store seems mainly geared to women with small breats and small body size. Their bras are not made like they use to, more cheaply made and still over 50 dollars

A little small, but decent selection. Staff was underwhelming. No one asked if I needed help, let alone help me find what I was looking for. Finally found what I wanted and went to fitting room to try it on, but no one was there to open a room for me. Waited a few minutes, then had to go look for someone which took another few minutes. Finally the cashier stopped in the middle of ringing up another customer to open a room for me. There were at least 2 other employees who could have helped instead of making 1 person do everything. Someone finally spoke to me as I was leaving the store.
