I like the technology they use for cleaning the exterior of your belived daily-driver. I availed their 24.99 monthly subs. Beats the time to wash your car by yourself especially when you're too tired from the 9 to 5 already. Once a day car wash for at least 25 days a month?!?! Money well spent. They used rubber (siliconized perhaps) bristles in their auto wash rigs/machines. I like it better than cloth type because of "catching issues ". You also have a person waiting at the facility to help you dry up your blinged car 😀 Oshey is pretty cool guy and approachable! Cheers!

Buyer Beware! DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH. THEY WILL DAMAGE YOUR CAR!!!! Pink Elephant destroyed my car's roof and above door body. . They scratched the side skirts when loading me into the car wash. I had two body shops verify that the damage could have only been caused by their car wash. I went in to confront the manager and they told me that they were not responsible. This is the only place my car has ever been washed. SUPER SHADY BUSINESS, NOT TO BE TRUSTED. My insurance is in the process of trying to hold these slippery guys accountable.

I am a monthly car wash member and has been going to this car wash for over 7 years even before it is remodeled. Recently, there is an employee named Obed that is really unfriendly to customers. I observed he picked and chooses his customers while I was having my car done by other friendly workers. This guy gives dirty look to people that does not tip him. I avoid him doing my car because of his unfriendly gesture. He also instructs customers to park their cars where he can work under the shade but creating obstruction of driveway and safety hazard for all cars leaving the car wash. He is a character. But don’t know why he still has a job. Service: Auto interior vacuuming

Got an interior/exterior wash from here. They had a notice in the waiting room that the tips are $5 on average. Tipped $5 to the guy who worked on my car. He tells me, "why only $5? Look how I work on your car next time. Sorry to disappoint him, but there will be no next time. With thie attitude he doesn't even deserve the $5 and the business doesn't deserve my business. I've been there many times in the past. They do ok, not great. Couple days later than last time I was there I noticed that my Celine sunglasses and my perfume were missing, as soon as I found out This place came to my mind, since no one ever drives my car and those items been in my car for years! I called the place and told them, girl who answered the phone told me she will let the manager know and they will call me back! Never received the call, I even told them that my stuff were expensive! I wasn't expecting for them to pay me back or i don't know try to find out who stole them but I did expect for them to call me back and ask a few questions!! $22 for a "VIP" car wash, and the entire back of the car was a dirty, streaky mess. I'm extremely disappointed, I definitely got ripped off. I had to go to a gas station afterward to squeegee the parts that weren't cleaned, just so there wasn't such a large difference (because where their machine did clean, it did a good job). I will not be using this car wash again.

I've been here a couple times and the first time I was really satisfied, the second time I asked for the same detailer, and he did a decent job on the inside but left grease or something around the wheel wells and on the wheels and the windows were not clean. I saw this place not too long ago. It’s closer to my apartment than the Brown Bear Car Wash in Factoria. I was a little skeptical at first because this place only has a 3.7 rating and the Brown Bear is 4.4. I got lazy and gave it a try anyways. I gotta say, i’m surprised by the low rating. I went back several times and finally decided to leave a review. If you are looking for something automatic, like a gas station car wash or the BBCW, it is basically the same thing. Machine wash will never be perfect but it’s the same everywhere. However, I would still prefer this location (cannot speak for other ECWs) because the people here are very nice. I get very personable service at the entrance. The person comes out, walks around the booth and talk to me every time. It’s kinda like having a server talk to you while you before you go through a Mcdonald’s drive through. If you are looking for a deeper clean, that’s where this ECW comes in. I leave my car in their hands for an hour, they vacuum and wipe all around my car. They catch the spots that are missed by the machine. I’m not saying they clean the cars like detailing, but for this price, i’m very satisfied. One little tip, pop your trunk open if you want them to vacuum and clean your trunk as well. Overall, i’m obsessed with this place and will be back for more.

Worse car wash service I ever had. Total waste of money. I took the platinum wash (44$) that includes the interior cleaning. Dust on the easily accessible areas itself was not cleaned so forget about the areas that are not easily accessible. The person who took care of the interior and exterior cleaning that’s included in the package also didn’t cleaned the car properly. The associate responded that it’s not their responsibility to clean the outside areas when asked regarding the dust that can be easily seen at multiple exterior spots though it’s included in the package. Only thing that impressed me is the vacuum that I can easily get anywhere for around 5$ that I can do myself. I would recommend to stay away from this place and save your money.

One of the best car washes near Seattle. They have pretty reasonable subscription services for car washes for basic it's 24.99 a month or 11.99 per wash. Staff seemed helpful.
