On today, Saturday, April 16th, 2022, a African American male was racially profiled by one of the employees at your store. After buying two T-shirts out of the store, they accused him of stealing! When they were done checking his bag and realized it was a “misunderstanding”, there was no formal apology or acknowledgement for what had happened. Instead the worker laughed off the situation as if it wasn’t a big deal. Racism isn’t something that is going to be taken lightly so, for them to do such a thing shows that your store doesn’t have great equity! EXTREMELY OUTRAGEOUS!!!!

literally Melu is the nicest worker i’ve ever met. Such a sweetheart and super chill. She was so talkative and helpful and wrote a nice message for my friend on the receipt. 12/10 please give her a raise.

Went here tonight to purchase a couple of items. Google maps say they close at 9 and I got there around 8:04, only to be told that they are closed! The girl didn't budge even when I explained that I was picking up specific items, not browsing. Never been in here yet but misleading people because of laziness or unwillingness to simply change your hours to reflect an 8pm close time is ridiculous and unprofessional. Update your hours!!! Edit: the hours have been updated and when I went in again, two other girls were very friendly. There's good content in this store, will def be back!

Went in here with my mask on. I pulled down my mask to take a sip of coffee and right as I finished my sip I had extra coffee on my upper lip that I was trying to get off, the worker there said "please put your mask over your nose." I found that rude being that I literally just finished taking a sip. Prices are high here as well. I know the workers can't control that but an ugly sweater that had been literally done with hot glue and hot glue strands were exposed was priced at $70.00 was crazy. Needless to say, didn't purchase anyrhing here, the lady put in a mood to not want to buy anything.
