The staff is rude and runs their own policies. Denied van pick up just because I had Chase credit card and not discover or amex credit card. When I spoke with the customer care, they denied any such policy of not accepting chase credit card.

The Uhaul here has been extremely helpful to me on multiple occasions! Most recently, I arrived late and missed my reservation (by about six hours), but they helped me find another store with what I needed. Then, after my group changed their mind on what we needed, they went through the process to bring the reservation back and downsize it! Basically, I was about as much a hassle as a customer can be, and they were extremely professional, patient and helpful the whole time and got me exactly what I needed!

When we picked up our trailer at this location and it was attached to our UHAUL INSTALLED hitch (which was also a nightmare), it seemed to be sitting too low, with clearance < 1ft. But we are not the experts and trusted that a company that does this day in and day out. However, throughout our cross country drive, we smelt burning at times and the smallest bump seemed to clang the hitch very loudly. So uncomfortable and stressful. Upon dropping our trailer off, the technician was shocked and literally admitted "this is really unsafe, they should not have set this up like this, thank God you made it here". Shocking and ludicrous that this company sends customers and their way with unsafe set up. Please consider going elsewhere.

Overall - My experience at this location was very poor as follows: 1. When I arrived at 7 am to pick up my vehicle (as per my reservation), the door was locked and no one showed up until 7:40 am). When they arrived they did not apologize for being late. 2. I picked up the vehicle close to 8 am but she still wanted me to bring it back at 11 am even though I had a 4 hour reservation! We compromised at 11:30 but I felt that I should not be charged the full amount if I did not have the vehicle for 4 hours. 3. When I had pre-reserved the vehicle online, I also reserved 2 furniture dollies. However, at pickup they said they only could provide me 1 dolly. 4. Overall, this location just appears to be a poorly managed location and I will not be returning nor recommending this location to prospective customers.

Reserved a truck for 830am and arrived on time for pick up. There was nobody in the store, even though their opening time was 7am as listed online and on the door. Several other people were outside waiting in the same boat. It took ~45 minutes to get ahold of someone on the phone, who said they would send somebody to unlock the store in 20 mins. Crew arrived 45 mins later, but could not get into the store. Spent another 30 mins talking on the phone, and then finally said someone else would be there in 45 mins to unlock the store. At this point I was already 2 hours behind schedule, and could not afford to wait another hour as my friends were waiting to help me with the move. I decided to cut my losses and go to another uhaul location. Thankfully they had a truck for me, but I had none of the add ons that I had requested (dollys, moving blankets, etc). At no point was I, or anyone else waiting outside, notified that the store would not be open that day. We did not want to risk going to another location only to find out that they were out of trucks. This was a terrible experience and I will do everything I can to avoid using Uhaul in the future.

I made the mistake of trying to rent a cargo van using the self-service process. I had to visit the counter no fewer than three times on one of their busiest days: once to figure out where to get the van assigned to me because most of them are locked up behind the gate, once to get the keys, and another time I was stopped and asked to sign the rental agreement even though I had completed it online. I don't blame the staff; I blame U-Haul for this awful process.

Absolute worst customer service I’ve experienced. Was told to return our Uhaul at this location after moving close to here and they were not helpful at all. Refused to accept the truck and wanted us to drive 45 minutes across the city to where we picked it up, which was switched on us the morning of our move. Then threatened to charge our card $1,200 if we left the truck at the location. Miserable people.

Do not rent here !!! Worst experience ever . Workers did not show up for work and had several customers waiting until well past 11 am to receive their truck . My reservation was at 9 , paid for movers , and didn’t get a new reservation at a new location until almost 12pm (had to repay movers) when asked to be compensated they told me because I was still able to get a rental hours after I needed it , it was nothing they could do about the fact their workers and MANAGER decided they weren’t gonna come in at 7 am . The customer service and respect at this location is absolutely terrible . They obviously have a policy that the employees are always right and the customer isn’t. If your looking for a easy move with great customer service this place is NOT it .

I booked a reservation for 10:00am. I wasn’t able to make it until 12:00pm. However, I attempted to call multiple times to let them know but was put on hold every time. Upon my arrival the manager, Trell Benjamin, told me my reservation was cancelled. No call. No email or text notification. No notice. Moving is already a stressful event and then this happens? I asked her to help me book another truck and she proceeded to ignore me and take a gift that she had received in the mail into the back room to open it. I was able to book another vehicle online on my phone before Trell was able to assist me. I am completely dumbfounded that she is still employed let alone the GM of a business. It’s absolutely ludacris. Do yourself a favor and rent from another location. You’d get more help from a rock then the employees here.

The manager wanted me to drive a wrecked truck with a busted driver mirror…in downtown Atlanta! Absolutely worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. We tried renting a Uhaul but upon arriving the truck was rammed into the back of another truck and the bumper was up on the back of the other truck. The driver mirror was shattered and less than half the mirror was still in tact. Trell Benjamin, the manager, made the experience the worst ever. She completely ignored our concerns and said the truck was driveable, even without an operational mirror. She refused to back the truck off of the other Uhaul for us. I was not comfortable as it likely would cause damage to the truck. Trell continued to ignore us instead of politely apologizing and offering to help us figure out a solution. I will never use this location again and I suggest no one else use it.
