Best trailer rental service in Atlanta, Georgia (GA) 2024

The manager wanted me to drive a wrecked truck with a busted driver mirror…in downtown Atlanta! Absolutely worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. We tried renting a Uhaul but upon arriving the truck was rammed into the back of another truck and the bumper was up on the back of the other truck. The driver mirror was shattered and less than half the mirror was still in tact. Trell Benjamin, the manager, made the experience the worst ever. She completely ignored our concerns and said the truck was driveable, even without an operational mirror. She refused to back the truck off of the other Uhaul for us. I was not comfortable as it likely would cause damage to the truck. Trell continued to ignore us instead of politely apologizing and offering to help us figure out a solution. I will never use this location again and I suggest no one else use it. ~Matt
