My experience today at Extra Space Storage was excellent. I was greeted when I came in by a great staff, everything was clean and smelt great. Customer service couldn’t have been better, I was able to save money by knowing what plan may work for me and my duration with the storage unit. As well as the team being very knowledgeable on what types of products or equipments should be insured or stored extra carefully. I was taken care of without feeling like I was asking too much, very generous. This made my day, fast efficient and easy!

I visited over five different companies this week and this location by far had the best customer service. Jared was extremely personable, kept the grounds well organized, stocked with carts and clean. The cost was also more affordable than the competing storage companies in the vicinity. I didn't plan to reserve a unit on the spot but it was difficult to pass it by. I would definitely recommend!

Casey was incredibly proactive and helpful when I signed up online - she got my unit ready within 24 hours so I could check it out before my move, called to check in with me, and then helped me understand how to use my lock the day of the move, and was there for me the whole time I was moving my stuff in. The building is very clean and well-lit, and they have a lot of platform wheeled carts to use for wheeling your stuff in. You get a code to get into the building and Casey told me that it’s video monitored as well. Great place!!!

I just got off the phone with the new store manager Jared at Extra Space Storage. He is the epitome of customer service. He was able help me navigate my bill online and he made great recommendations for the issues I was having. I highly recommend this location to store your belongings!

I visited this storage location last week and got everything I needed. The location was clean and tidy, and the customer service was excellent. I have always received awesome service at Extra Space Storage but recently Jared, the store manager at my location, has totally exceeded my expectations. He reached out to me personally regarding something that seemed amiss with my unit and we were able to remedy the problem right there on the phone. I really appreciated his help and the fact it seemed like he actually cared what the outcome of my situation was. I have had several storage units in my life and this is my by far the best place I’ve stored with!
