I love the personal attention that is felt by staff. As we all know for whatever reason one needs a storage place, it can be stressful to some. One thing I didn't have was the worry of security regardless of what time of of the day I went to my storage unit. I loved how many security cameras that are placed all around. Fully enclosed garage space for a 44' motorcoach is not easy to find and most definitely not at a fair price. Exit 29 Self Storage & Mobile Storage is the exception in every way: wonderful ownership and manager, clean and well organized, very fair pricing with very modest increases as necessary. I have frequented the RV resort across the street many times over the years and when departing one foggy morning a few years ago, I saw the sign for the RV storage coming soon--called and got on the list and was extremely happy. We recently moved to the Charlotte, NC area so I had to give up my bay--some new customer has a big smile I'm sure!

So happy with the service of exit 29 storage! Staff is so friendly and nice. Everything is extremely clean. Felt like my things were very safe. Used climate controlled unit which is awesome especially living in the south when you never know humidity/weather. Whenever I need to store things again will def be back. Thanks so much!

We're snowbirds and have stored our camper at Exit 29 Self Storage for almost 4 years. There was a hurricane that came through the area the first year, and we were understandably concerned. Sarah alleviated our concerns by e-mail, and assured us our camper was totally safe. The cover blew off our camper last year, and Exit 29 was kind enough to clean it up for us. We're happy with their accomodations.

Every time I got off the phone with them, I would say to myself, "Wow those people are so nice!". They thanked us for our business, and were completely professional through the whole process. I can't say enough good things about them!!

Exit 29 storage is wonderful! My husband and I were moving from our apartment to a new home and just needed temporary storage until our new home was ready. We wanted a non climate controlled 10x20 unit and they didn't have any available. So Sarah prorated us in and let us have a 10x20 climate controlled unit for the same price as the non climate controlled unit for the first 3 months. Her customer service was spectacular. If we ever need storage again, we know where to go!

We reserved sight unseen a 14x50 in-door storage space to put our 5th wheel in while visiting & staying with relatives here in Brunswick. Boy we were surprised when we got here. The facility is great; our storage space has been excellent. The unit has a 30 amp electric outlet so we could leave our refrigerator on while in storage. They have security cameras and lighting all around the facility. We also see them spraying for insects. Very nice and clean place. We will definitely come here again.

Very helpful staff. Affordable. Good security. No trees to fall on your RV and many large spaces for my 5th Wheel RV. Easy automatic monthly payments can be arranged. I leave my trailer stored at Exit 29 for 9 months every year while I return to my home in Canada.
