Haven't been to the place yet. But the website took me all the way to credit card info then says what I want is not available. Why not just say that in the beginning

They are very helpful and understanding the situation. We needed truck for our moving turned out we picked the wrong size which is cant not pass through our apartment gate. We got to make the return to where we started. They willing to wait for us after the closing time. Not many business doing that. Me and my husband very appreciate your business.

Extremely slow. And weren't even open when we arrived. Didn't offer a discount for us waiting 45mins. Took another 45 to get keys when we already had reservation!
