They are very helpful and understanding the situation. We needed truck for our moving turned out we picked the wrong size which is cant not pass through our apartment gate. The folks here are pretty knowledgeable when it comes to car parts. Most of the time someone is eager to help you find what you need. Only thing is sometimes they try to sell you things you don't need that has nothing to do with what you're replacing on your vehicle. Good bedside manner is a must when dealing with the public. ~Anthony
