Make sure you check your car prior to leaving after your service was done. Northridge Toyota’s service technicians are extremely lacking when it come to completion of their tasks. Techs forget to tighten bolts on wheels, skid plates, oil drain covers, etc. The last three times I’ve serviced my Toyota at Northridge Toyota I’ve had problems with them leaving bolts out or not torquing lug nuts. One time my wheel fell off after having Northridge Toyota rotate my tires…. Save yourself the headache and look for another dealership to serve you.

Had an issue come up while driving in from AZ and needed a repair. The repair wasn't cost effective, so I decided to buy a car at the same dealership.I was very happy with the ourchase and the work they did on my deal.But.... I spoke to multiple people confirming it would be registered in AZ. Two months later, I finally receive what I thought was going to be my AZ registration. Nope, they registered my car in CA. Did they correct the issue? No, they pushed it back on me to re register in the correct state, costing me more $$$.

Bought a used Jeep Grand Cherokee from them the cars solid works great everything. The one thing I didn’t notice which was on the windshield it was chipped and filled in horrible. Was like that before purchasing it, in my excitement I didn’t get a pre purchase inspection like I always do. Well called them brought it up to them (Mario helped me) said they get back to me and never did. So there another 600 bill I have to pay for a windshield replacement. Been 2 days and never got back to me. Aside from that was in and out in less than an hour. Called Mario said he would get back to me never did. The glass is the oem so it wasn’t replaced. You guys again tried repairing it before sale with the kits and did a bad job.

Can't get simple things right. Toyota told my wife her car was out of spec for alignment (without any proof and the car drove perfectly straight) but she took it in and had them perform the alignment anyway to be safe($140). After getting an alignment our car pulled to the right. We brought it back and told them it might be due to them rotating a newer tire with a little more tread to the front right (previously on the right rear) and if the alignment is in spec to put it in the back. Well the FOREMAN rotated it to the left front and said it was all good. Stating "drives straight on most roads". After picking it up the car now pulls to the left. No alignment print out either. I'm a 17 year master automotive technician and know that tread should be even on the drive wheels (front). I explained that to the service writer but she kept talking about how a newer tire should be on the front ( why?) But clearly the best at Toyota can't get this simple thing right for us. Even after me specifically telling them to put that tire in the rear if alignment checked out. Glad my wife has a great mechanic in her back pocket! 😅 Guess I'll just have to do it myself! Thanks again Toyota! See you for one more free oil change then never again.

I had a great experience with Harrison. He was very sincere, respectful with my pace, and not pushy at all. He explained everything clearly so that I could understand. There were no hidden fees, and the process was transparent. The car was pre-owned but very well maintained. The tires were all brand-new. I'm happy with my purchase. The finance manager Mark was helpful as well.

Adel is the best saleman in Toyota northridge. He gave me the best deal in the market for Highlander. You can never find anyone helpful, caring, and better than Adel. He will deal with the best care and I love my Highlander because of Adel. If you go to Norhtridge, go straght to Adel Jafari.

Just be careful with dealers, they talk and hold you super long and end of the day when you get deal most of information they don’t share. And after you realized some basic feature missing dealer, manager every one show you spec where feature not mentioned and you end up with helpless service. First and worst experience with good brand like Toyota which I can purchase with my close eyes. Now feel like cheated where basic navigation system is not come with latest brand RAV4-XLE premium hybrid model.
